Fantastic place to stay
Fantastic location, close to all the action, but very quiet rooms. Very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a fantastic selection. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again.

The staff at L’Hotel du Lac were fantastic, the place is ver clean, and is in a very convenient location for walking around the lake and the Old Quarter. Chloe was extremely helpful in arranging for us a 3 day tour to Ha Long bay and Ninh Binh. The tour was great, and Chloe provided great follow up to during the tour to ensure that we knew exactly what connections we were getting between locations. Thank you Chloe. We would definitely stay at L’Hotel du Lac next time we are in Hà Nội.

The staff here cannot do enough for you. They make the hotel really special. They are helpful, polite, kind and look after you well. The hotel is in a good location and easy to find. Good rooftop bar and spa.

I liked the location very much. Of course it is relative to Vietnam and should not be compared to other well developed countries. Its in the middle of old town which is the main shopping area. In our stay one of the other rooms tenants were smoking at night and it come through into our room. Staff investigated and the issue stopped. Very helpful staff and very friendly in all regards, all we had to do is ask and they move earth and heaven to accommodate your needs. Hotel have a hard but comfortable bed and pillows. In a Hanoi standard its excellent and we recommend this hotel for your next stay in Hanoi.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the old quarter. It is clean and well maintained, however the best quality is the excellent service provided by the staff and management. The hotel manager, Mary was exemplary and ensure we were treated like VIPs the entirety of our stay. Highly recommended.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we have a great stay. They were always willing to help and listen to any concerns. It’s in a convenient area. The breakfast had great variety. They also have a spa which was a relaxing experience. Overall, I would highly recommend staying.

Nice & walkable location to lot of shops and eateries; staffs are polite and courteous: however, extremely and constant loud noises from the renovation of the adjacent hotel from 9am-5pm. We accepted the fact that any hotel in the old quarter will be limit in room space but the constant noise disturbance was deemed unacceptable. We contacted manager of the hotel and appropriate actions were taken to remedy our concerns. Very happy with the attention we received upon voicing our concern. Excellent services received overall.

Per General Manager this hotel is about 2 yrs old. Located near Lake Hoàn Kiếm, 5 min walk. Staffs are very attentive, polite and responsive to any concerns. Due to loud noises generated from the renovation of the adjacent hotel, we were offered 2 level upgrades for our original bookings. General manager was very attentive went above & beyond to ensure our stays were as pleasant as possible. We were very happy with the attention.
