Room was very damp feeling even with in wall dehumidifier running all night. Also small bugs (beetle appearance) in bed that I’m assuming is from continuous dampness in room. Staff notified and said they would notify them - hopefully that means people who cleans the room and that will help future guests while they stay.

Great place, clean, comfortable. The staff were exceptional at the hotel and the associated restaurant. The restaurant, was fantastic, with full-blown breakfast included and delicious food. The surcharge for pets seemed a bit steep but I was glad to have a pet-friendly place that was of high quality. I would definitely stay there again if passing through HVGB.

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious & clean. Restaurant next door had good food. Enjoyed both dinner & breakfast. Staff were very accommodating. Mattress was a little soft for my preference, but otherwise, comfortable.
