The TV is connected to the internet with streaming service capabilities.

We allow pets and ask that you follow a few simple rules:
·Dog must be kenneled if left in the unit alone. Please bring your own kennel.
·No dogs on the furniture or bedding.
·Dog waste cleanup is the responsibility of the owner
·Dog must be kept on a leash at all times outside of the unit
·Dogs must be pre-approved. Please note them in your reservation request, there is an additional charge. You will need to fill out a pet form as well.

This condo is not "perfect" - You can expect to find a clean, cozy space for you and your guests. We have started our update to the condo with phase 1 completed in 2024. We updating the flooring, the fireplace to an electric fireplace and painting. Phase 2 to come in the future with a bathroom renovation.

There is a maximum of 4 guests at this condo, a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room.

-If you book on VRBO/HomeAway or direct, we can not refund booking or processing fees, regardless of the CXL period.

Fitness Center Pool: Currently OPEN until 11:00pm
Conference Center pool: Opens on Saturday, May 25, 2024 until 10:00pm throughout the Summer.
Outdoor Pool: Re-opens June 1, 2024 for the Summer and will be open until 9:00pm nightly
