Won't stay again.
Check in took 40mins. The receptionist's communication in this time was non-existent. We had pre booked but she couldn't find a dog-friendly room available until another member of staff arrived and pointed out that they were available. When we arrived at the room it was a twin instead of the double we had booked. Given the lengthy process of getting a room, we weren't for trying with the receptionist to sort it. There were pet urine stains on the carpet and walls. The money collected as a deposit to house a pet should be used to sort this. The room key had to be reset several times even in just our short stay, and our room was quite a trek from reception so this became frustrating. We had paid for two nights but left after the first.

The property was decent, and the staff were accommodating. I wish they had an elevator or another entrance to the far end of the hotel. Walking back and forth to my room was kind of a trek. Nice place to stay though.

Stayed with a friend because the trains were disrupted, Ideal location if your looking for an out of London location, that isn’t expensive. Nice place, friendly staff ticks all the boxs.

Great location. Otherwise awful. Very tired looking building inside and out. Many features in room damaged - bathroom door handle, lights, walls in desperate need of decorating, cobwebs - 2 large black spiders found in room, kettle needs replacing as disgusting inside. Will not be staying again.

Low stars for a very basic stay in a tired motel. The staff were few and worked very hard. It felt like a bit of a throw back and I enjoyed my stay, though it is not the most interesting area to stay in (on the ring road).
