Overall a solid hotel while visiting Hershey Park, the pillows weren’t plentiful and the rooms were small but overall a good and solid place to stay.

This Tru is a fine hotel. If I hadn’t paid nearly $500 for one night’s stay, I would be perfectly happy. However, for a standard hotel experience, I feel as if Tru is price-gauging families who want to be close to Hershey Park.

Extra small room, no ice bucket, NO closet. NO furniture, just shelves WAY overpriced for a crummy room. People congregating in the small, narrow hallway, because there was no room in the rooms. Paper cups!!

The property is very nice, modern, and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My mom had her room on the first floor next to the exit door and she was not able to get a good night rest because guests kept using that exit all night and the door slammed very loudly.
