Staff were exceptional and attentive to our concerns. They were always accommodating, friendly and welcoming to us. Considering we had a group of 29 mainly children, the pool was small but overall, my group had a great time. I love the fact that tea and coffee was available 24/7, there was a slight variety in breakfast each morning, they had hot options, it went till 10am, and the lounge area was comfortable and fun for children as well. Definitely a family friendly hotel. The hotel was close to everywhere we needed to go and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!

Corey the GM outstanding!

Corey the GM is an exceptional employee. He was so helpful with us when we asked about secured parking and assured not to be concerned that the area is safe. When I called back to let the hotel know we would be arriving late. He remembered our earlier call and asked us how are drive was going and that they'd be waiting for us. Such service and attention to detail is uncommon.

Stayed overnight with my family for a quick trip to Hershey. Hotel was nice and clean, room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent. All day coffee/tea was great. Very close to Hershey. Would definitely stay here again.

Love that the rooms have no carpeting. Every staff member was exceptionally nice. A throw rug or runner that can be cleaned or changed out with each stay would be nice though rather than walking on bare floors. Highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.
