A little beat-up, but OK

Older, budget priced hotel located behind a Sheetz gas station. Clean enough, but several things were out of order, and it looked like the place could use a handyman. Indoor pool functional, but appeared unheated.

The room was beautiful, the breakfast good. BUT what really grinded my gears was i drove 4 1/2 hours almost 5 from NY to PA, for a concert. Check in was 4pm i got there around 430pm. My room was still not ready, and i was told roughly 15 minutes, it was 5pm i tried to goto my room, the door was still ajared, so i asked the cleaning lady who was standing right there if my room was ready because the door was still open and i needed to take a shower and get ready. All i recieved was attitude and not a straight forward answer. I got ready in the bathroom that everyone could use. I didnt goto my room until after my concert, at midnight. Other than that my bed was so comfy, the AC kicked on quick. I just wish i wouldve been able to spend more time in my room. But that wasnt the case. Would i stay there again? Yes because its close to hershey park, the room was wonderful, and the breakfast was good. The guy who checked me in was nice, it was juat the cleaning lady who gave me dirty looks until i walked away.

I loved the lobby with the fireplace and cookies and iced tea/lemonade although there were guests that were overdoing it and not leaving any for other guests. The outside area could have been a little prettier but would still stay again if we ever visit Hersey again.

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights for a group trip before school started and it was such a nice hotel. Staff was all incredibly kind, the pool was great, the room was great. The Sheetz across the parking lot was so convenient as well. We had an amazing time here

Very disappointed

Upon arrival there was a sign at the front desk about the hot tub being closed. After checking in, there were issues with the elevator and 1 was already marked as out of order. After a few minutes with the attendants help, one the elevators worked. The toilets air operating system caused the top of the commode tank lid to rattle loudly so we had to take the lid off every time we flushed. We went down to the pool area and noticed there were fallen tiles on the floor, rust and protruding wires from the ceiling, one had wire nuts, the other 2 did not showing bare wires. The pool was not heated as a advertised. The laundry washing machine was marked out of order. The amount paid for this hotel was not worth it!

Most of the staff was very nice and courteous. Laundry amenities were out of service. But overall, a great and relaxing experience. I would return if I ever needed to book a room.

Mt family and I spend the night after a long day at hershey park. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and felt safe. Only complaint was the tub water drained slow.
