Cat friendly and CLEAN!

The hotel was very clean! I like the fact that they have flooring instead of rug in the room. The bathroom looked like they were just re done. Very Close to Hershey Park too! The breakfast had a lot of choices too! PLUS they take cats! We will be back next year for our annual trip to Hershey Park!

I never write a review but I couldn’t let other guests have the same experience we had. I’m still waiting to hear back from the manager and getting Expedia customer service is not easy either. The room isn’t worth the $240 we paid for it! It’s small, and DIRTY!!!! See pictures below. I have never stayed in such a firthy room before shd the only reason we slept there overnight is because we had our kid with us and it was late. The sofa bed is not comfortable at all! And when taking out the bed sheets from the closet - we have realized the sheets are dirty and we even find an old sock in there! The other sheets has a hole on them and the bathroom had mold and lots of dust everywhere! It’s so disappointing!

Very Clean, Great Value

Nice no-frills hotel conveniently located off of I-81. Gas station right in front. Very clean, helpful, friendly staff. Microwave & fridge in the room. Quiet (my room faced the woods). Breakfast was decent with several hot options. Great value (I paid around $100/tax included). Would definitely stay again!

Nice location from Hersheypark and located legit right next to a Sheetz so easy walk over. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and AC worked perfect.

Dirty mattress, broken laundry

We stayed for 2 nights. First night my wife thought she is smelling something, but it wasn't obvious where it was coming from. Unfortunately by the 2nd night it became clear - someone had an 'accident' on one of the mattress, and the smell was permeating through the sheets. To make it worse, the laundry was broken, so we could not wash our clothes to get rid of the smell. I reported this to the night manager, but didn't get much else but to tell us it will be reported. I was expecting for someone to get back to us by now, but apparently I was naive, and my wife is none too happy for obvious reasons. So don't be like me - STAY AWAY. if you must, be vigilant.
