Good facility once, but has seen better days. Reasonable cost for Hershey AACA week. No housekeeping attendants in the 4 days I was there. Overall satisfactory, but nit great.

The thru website said included breakfast and Self Parking.. No breakfast there was coffee and no cream/milk, $12 Parking fee, lobby’s restroom is dirty and it was locked. The Staff who checked us in was rude, because we asked for the bathroom key & wanted to use the bathroom from a long ride. The room was somewhat clean, the curtains are very gross, and the door to the bathroom wont shut close, there were 3 of us on 2 beds and only have 2 towels and they are too small. Not a nice place to stay

Room was really dirty. Felt like the carpets have never been clean, room never dusted or wiped down. Didn’t have block out curtains so I could see into the parking lot and people in the parking lot could see me. Bathroom smelt must and mildew. Sitting chair had stain all over. Hallway to the room smelt like sweat and kitty litter. Needs a serious remodel due to lack of standard maintenance. Other guest were screaming and yelling at all hours of the night. One argument got so bad I felt like I needed to call the police for the safety of the other guest. Was planning to stay 2 extra nights but after the first night I was looking for another hotel. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

My room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had strong water pressure and the microwave and fridge worked great. Everything I needed for my trip. It was a little noisy overnight with people talking in the halls/rooms/outside, but not enough to keep me from sleeping. The cable and Internet went out overnight but that was no fault of the motel. It was Comcast.

We booked a room with a king bed but were “upgraded” to a room with 2 doubles. This was not an upgrade for us since it was not what we wanted. They would not give us a king. There was no breakfast, the hotel’s website says there is a bag breakfast for a fee and hotels.com says they have a free bagged breakfast and show a picture of a breakfast. Lots of miscommunication or misrepresentation.
