This place was better when it was the quality inn the had breakfast didn’t have to pay for parking and had coffee machines in the room the room I had you couldn’t even use the Wi-Fi. And the staff tried to say it was normal when it’s actually not

We made a next-day reservation, arrived early, and explained that my wife is 37 weeks pregnant and needed rest. The owner refused to let us check in until 3:00 p.m. and showed zero compassion or flexibility. After traveling a long distance, this kind of attitude was completely unacceptable. If you value basic human decency or expect any understanding for families, avoid this place. There are plenty of other hotels in Louisville that treat guests with respect.

They do not offer breakfast. Site is misleading. Walls need paint everywhere and outlets didn’t work. TV had issues. One could never escape the smell of drugs. Bed was surprisingly very comfortable and was the only redeeming quality. Oh and I guess staff was average when you were finals able to find them. Lastly, walls were thin and people were yelling way to often.

Plumming issues, dirty curtains, they never came to get my trash and to clean the small fridge in my room as requested. I spent too much money to be treated the way I was. Im never coming back.

Hallways stank of weed and cigarettes but it’s advertised as a no smoking hotel. Our bed was covered in MOLD, cigarettes burns all through the bedding. Stains on the pillow cases, bed and all over the walls. The lady at the desk moved us to a better room, but the first impression was atrocious.

The thru website said included breakfast and Self Parking.. No breakfast there was coffee and no cream/milk, $12 Parking fee, lobby’s restroom is dirty and it was locked. The Staff who checked us in was rude, because we asked for the bathroom key & wanted to use the bathroom from a long ride. The room was somewhat clean, the curtains are very gross, and the door to the bathroom wont shut close, there were 3 of us on 2 beds and only have 2 towels and they are too small. Not a nice place to stay
