Residents are fighting, screaming in the morning. 1 lady attemped to light her cigarette in the lobby. Breakfast? Less than basic The room smelled like cigarettes and mold. Carpets in the hallways look dirty and greasy.

The desk and chair area was not cleaned off. Only 1 trash can located in bathroom, no tissue boxes, closet smelled, hallways smelled like pee, front desk was amazingly nice

The refrigerator in room smelled like something had died in it. Carpet was wet. Had to ask for towels. No one at counter for check out. She was mad when she finally came to counter with coffee cup in her hand.

First room smelled of cigarette and mold bathroom ceiling had water damage in it asked for another room that room had mold in the bathroom they couldn’t accommodate for anymore rooms on the first floor because I had a service dog with me so I didn’t even stay I left and got a room somewhere else
