Staff was friendly. Seems like the resort is still growing. Need hotter water in the showers, bigger varity of food. Shows should be in bigger areas. Beach should be cleaned up by workers and boats. They should promote more excursions. Sometimes they were understaffed. Bathrooms should not have see through glass seeing as i went with my daughter. Shuttle transportation to airport should not cost so much or should be free. Place has potential

Great Resort, Memorable Experience
Had a really good time here with my wife with a group of friends about 30 in total celebrating the 50th birthday of my very good childhood friend. The staff were very friendly and polite, the ambience of the Hotel is fantastic as is the food (very good variety and options for everyone). Our room was a balcony with the Ocean view and very breath-taking waking up to the view everyday. Although quite pricey, we did enjoy our stay.

The only thing we Did like was the Castle Restaurant. It was the complete antithesis of the rest of his resort. Design not clean properly, the bathrooms, smell like cat pee, cause it smell like mold, moldy outdoor furniture, grumpy and unfriendly personnel, disgusting food, stained carpets, filthy floors, no safe, no hair dryer, poorly light walkways, no handrails, uninformed desk folks, contrary information. How about a room fridge too big for the cabinet it was in. Doors didn’t close. This property was nowhere near as advertised. CAUTION. ENTER AT YOUR OW RISK.

Extremely expensive for a hotel that house keeping has to be called up to 5 times per day. The staff simply doesn’t know the word “service” , no taxis and or transportation available. Be aware of leaving sooner than planned the hotel won’t refund anything . Not worth 900 usd per night not even close

Our stay at the resort was excellent. The check in process was a little slow, but from here on forward everything else went smoothly. Very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms and beds are comfortable. We had a swell anniversary weekend and we would surely recommend this stay.

Arrived early (10:30), didn’t get checked in until 4:30. It a new hotel. Opened 3 months ago. I don’t believe anyone stayed in our room. No soap/shampoo, no bathrobes. Nice, spacious rooms. Obvious, there isn’t enough staff so everything, is delayed. All details of hotel are overlooked. Not enough towels, no service on beach.

The room was beautiful, modern and large with an impressive balcony and lovely views. The only concern was that the floors are a bit slippery. Check in was a slow process but the staff were generally helpful and friendly.

I recently stayed at the Grand Wyndham Resort and Spa in Barbados, and I have to say, it was the worst resort experience I've ever had. The food was disappointing, and it felt like the staff were primarily focused on catering to the White and European guests, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, we had a leak in our room that we reported on the first day, but it took management three days to address it. During that time, we had to deal with constant interruptions from the engineers who came to fix it. Honestly, the most straightforward solution would have been to move us to a different room right when we arrived. Given this experience, I won’t be returning to this hotel, and I’ll definitely be warning my friends to steer clear as well.

It could be much cleaner. There was mold in all the outdoor furniture and stains on all the indoor furniture. The floors were stained and slippery inside and outside our room. The light fixtures were dusty and the doors were scratched.
