Honestly…a working persons castle away from home!
I’ve stayed here before and the day and night clerks and Mgmt teams are super helpful. I am a Veteran amputee and there’s never been a problem with accommodation. The place is pretty much immaculate and I’ve NEVER had a problem with the rooms!

Best for Experienced Flexible Travelers
Stayed at many overpriced nasty old hotels. This is not that. Everything you need from a value two star. Less than year since opening. Modern design. Functional kitchen. Large rooms high ceilings. Great HVAC. Front desk nice, but sometimes not there. I'm glad I ignored reviewers who thought they deserved four star amenities and service at this price point. Take a bag to collect to go breakfast. Bring you own toiletries. For some reason, this hotels had people who stayed out until 12-3am or checked in very late and were loud and slamming doors. Hotels needs to address that. Be very careful using open wifi. Maid service not every day. Would stay here again unless prices rise dramatically.

Really great value. Hotel was super nice, and easy to get to from the interstate. You can walk to some restaurants, however there are many others within a 5 minute drive. Hotel is pet friendly and has nice sidewalks and public areas to walk dogs. Very clean. Beds comfy and shower has great water pressure. I would stay again. The pick up and go breakfast is great for us since we don't usually like the hot breakfast offering at other hotels. Food offered was good and sufficient for us. Coffee was very good.

Family trip to visit JMU. Great location. Very convenient to shopping, dining, gas. Room was a nice size, comfortable to sleep. I gave 4 star because the TV did not work in the small gym. Also, as I read before, the AC fan in the room is obnoxiously LOUD. Can’t sleep with out the fan on and forgot to pack one. It was crazy loud. Everything else was a perfect stay. The Grab and Go breakfast worked for us. Enjoyed the Hot Chocolate. Nice Ice and water dispenser for fill ups, oatmeal, snack bars and fruit were good also. We enjoyed the fresh coffee daily to get us going. Went to the local Cracker Barrel or Bojangles right next door for breakfast:)

Comfortable as a bad dorm room
No toilet paper in the room. A kitchen with a stove with no cups, plates, pots, pans or any utensils. For a hotel that has only been open for 4-5 months there was water damage in the bathroom walls that was painted over & leeching through. At night there was outside our window a loud motor that would run every couple of hours. The place was as comfortable as a dorm room.

Sleepless night.
Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. One big issue made the stay disappointing. We were simply staying overnight while driving through so sleep was paramount. The room was very warm so we had the air conditioning on. It was very loud so our choices were be awaken all night by the loud a/c or leave the room very warm. Either option led to a sleepless night.

The breakfast was very disappointing. There was no juice of any kind, the hard boiled eggs were terrible,plastic in texture! Overall the hotel was great
