The area is okey and the cabin itself. But the inside especially the sofa and the bed is too old need to removed and replace a new one. The sofa and and bed needs upgrade.

I love property, I love the rustic cabins
I wonder if having a full time desk agent there v would be better.
I stayed there when I was a very young in the 70s, I lived in one of the cabins with my parents for an entire winter. I’m so glad to see her there and they’re functional and I could rent one because it was very nostalgic for me. What was uncertain was why there was never anyone there. There was a nice lady there, but she never spoke any English. II’m so glad to see her there and they’re functional and I could rent one because it was very nostalgic for me. What was uncertain was why there was never anyone there. There was a nice lady there, but she never spoke any English. And I had to wait I had to call a number that was given to me to get checked in. I didn’t really know what else to do? The cabinet itself was good but it could use a cleaning cobwebs everywhere other than that was fine I didn’t have any very high expectations because I haven’t been there since the 70s and if they’ve been there that long I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t expecting too much

Love the privacy of these cabins. My wife and i stay here every time while visiting Canmore. They are not a 5 star resort by any means however if you are looking for a nice relaxing stay, these cabins will do just right.

It was exactly what we wanted. A cosy cabin near the mountains. The wood fire was great and kept the cabin nice and warm. We very much enjoyed our stay.
We booked for 2 nights and almost left for the second but couldn’t find any other place to stay. We’ve stayed here years ago several times and it was older and rustic but totally fine. This stay was disgusting. The sheets had hair and fluid stains in them. The kitchen was filthy with dirty dishes in the cupboards. The walls, doors and cabinets were marked with dirty smears I requested new sheets to change myself and there was medical tape/bandaid stuck to the second set.
We refused to shower in that bathroom.
The grounds have broken down vehicles and garbage throughout. We were shocked at poorly managed Rundle Chalets are now.
Oh - and they charged us $10 for firewood. The fireplace was the only positive thing about the experience.
Well it is small wooden cabin, aged but pretty good and for the price it's perfect, kitchenette and fridge makes it easy to cook meals, fireplace is additional bonus...anyone used to fancy hotels absolutely will complain but stay in your Sheraton then... easy in out and love this place...
Cute but rustic. We had to do a bit of wiping down surfaces when we go in the cabin. The wood stove made it uber cozy bed was comfy but bring extra blankets if you want a warm bed. Would totally stay again but not for peak prices.
Great if on a budget. Only thing was the stale cigarette smoke smell in the cabin and furniture/cabinets/grounds are dated or need upkeeping. BUT it’s shelter and the people are very kind.
