Well, this was a lackluster stay. The Hilton name is not to be trusted here. Cons: Security, anyone can walk in and access the elevators without a key card. They charge a ludicrous 100 dollars per NIGHT incidentals fee when you check in. The coffee machine in the lobby was not working We asked for towels and it was over an hour (we had left by then) before they were delivered Rooms are dated Shower heads have film/buildup You can hear people in the hall and adjoining rooms when they 1)open and close doors 2) flush the toilet The carpet in the room was worn and questionable, as was the couch (blech) Took multiple times for them to charge the correct card for my stay. Pros: Housekeeping was nice by the time they came by (at 6pm) to straighten the room

Gentlemen who check us in was great. There was no free breakfast only available for purchase at the restaurant in the lobby. Parking was plus. The only issue we encountered was limited carts to carry luggage in and out. Otherwise we had a good stay.

The hotel was very bland with dry, unwelcoming service. The walls are extremely thin, making it hard to rest. The restroom was poorly designed and did not have a proper cabinet—the sink was practically hanging off the wall. The restroom and the room itself were both very small. Parking was terrible and inconvenient. This hotel is not close to a two-star rating; it’s more like half a star.
