My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The heat in the lobby on the lower floor is not working, which made staying inside in this area extremely uncomfortable. There is also no washing machine or dryer available for guests, which is inconvenient for longer stays. On top of that, the hallways are not heated, so walking to and from the room was unpleasant, especially in cold weather.
To make matters worse, no water bottles were placed in my room for two days, which is a basic amenity I expect at this price point. The ice machine on the 3rd floor is not working, and there is no water fountain anywhere except in fitness center, leaving guests with very few options for drinking water.
Overall, the hotel lacks essential services, comfort, and basic maintenance. I would not recommend staying here.
