It is a five-star hotel with all requirements in place. From the staffing, food, rooms, well-secured, different food varieties, clean, and polite staff. I enjoyed my 3 days in a well-ventilated room.

We stayed there for 6 nights, Since we were travelling with patient to consult in TMC, We informed GM about the same. Hotel was so supportive in terms of providing clean & hygienic room and fresh food as requested for the patient throughout the stay. The restaurant team (Faizan and Suraj), Front office team (Jitesh and Zaid) and Housekeeping team has help in all possible way during our stay. Thanks a lot GM Sir along with restaurant, front office and housekeeping team for providing all the support and much needed help.

Fantastic property. Rooms for each of us were without fault. Staff was exceptional at front desk—woman whose name starts with Ka??? Restaurant staff went over the top for us with a surprise slice of cake and we celebrated a birthday!! The staff who did this were: Manesh, Zoi and Namrata. We will book this hotel again.

If you like being treated like royalty, this is it. Every staff member here are well trained and equipped to help you have a great experience. They have all aspects covered from valley to check in, many food cuisine options, fun activities for children and adults and a seamless check out process with more than 1 persons helping you. We never waited in lines, staff were available and prompt at taking care of your needs. The property itself is stunning with many varieties of trees and lush green grass lawns for you to enjoy, they are meticulous about keeping the property aesthetically pleasing and people friendly. Rooms are very spacious and amenities were more than enough for families to enjoying a relaxing week away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai
