The hotel itself it was ok. In order to go in and out, the reception at the front desk had to open the locked gate. No stores or restaurants around it. You needed to walk a while.

Highly Recommend
The B&B was excellent-service was great as well as well as the daily breakfast (very good). The only downsides but not a dealbreaker would be the internet didn’t work the greatest in our room and the location can be costly 20-25 CUCs each way to and from the B&B and the drivers have difficulty finding the location. We caught the bus which was like 5 cents each way. But catching the bus takes time as the bus only ran ever 20-25 min and is EVERY crowded.

Being that it was our first time staying in Havana, we were skeptical about a good place to stay. Alas Habana B&B overexceeded all of our expectations. The rooms are completely upgraded and true to what the pictures show. Yet, the best feature was the hospitality of the staff, who treat every guest like family. From Mariela taking care of you every morning to Rene safely transporting you all around town at an affordable price. We are very grateful to all of them for making our stay so memorable.

A special place
Excellent stay. A family run business with a very personal touch and an excellent staff. The location was very suitable for me but not in the tourist area. The tourist area is easily accessible by taxi or bus. I do plan to stay here when I return to Cuba.

I do recommend you to keep your own belongings with you everytime during your staying in this hostel...Before I left the hostel the girls working there may be one of the housekeeping stole my parfume and sun glasses from my suitcase when I was at breakfast...I realized this terrible event at Havana airport.

Comfortable B&B in Havana's embassy district
Proper B&B in Miramar neighborhood, about 15 minutes car drive from downtown Havana. Well appointed clean rooms with mini bar, some with balcony. Breakfast included in cozy restaurant onsite. Only negative was our reservation missing upon arrival and front desk staff needs to provide entrance and exit each time through locked front gate (no key provided).

The entire staff was nice and friendly. The property was clean and the breakfast was good. The property is a 15 minute ride from Old Havana but they were able to arrange taxi rides to where ever you wanted to go.
