L emplacement est pas idéal car dans un quartier très pauvre où le sentiment d insécurité peut faire peur, la chambre était bien, l’eau de la douche était très mauvaise car pas d eau chaude le matin Attention au prix du mini bar, c’est à l’unité, ça porte à confusion L’accueil était par un jeune homme qui a expliqué les règles de la maison etc La sortie par une femme peu avenante.

They charged 10 USD for a towel because it had some of my hair color,never happened to me in any 25 countries i have visited before. Will not recommend this place, there are lot of better options in the area.

Inside, Blanc Blue 1924 is gorgeously unique, eye catching, clean, and comfortable. The interior features and design are well crafted. Beautiful! The staff was attentive and helpful, especially Roberto. It’s conveniently located such that getting to attractions is easy, whether by car, on foot, or a combination of the two. Unless you’re going no further than Malecón, you’ll want a car. Outside of the hotel is quite gagging. Stray animals, mainly dogs, roam the area relieving themselves wherever they please. Huge trash bags were overfilled and smelled as though they’ve been that way for weeks. The humidity and heat were enough, but adding the stink and eyesores was disgusting.

Subpurb!
My trip to Cuba was only magical because of Blanc Blue and the staff. Robert went above and beyond to be accommodating at every turn. I cannot say enough good things about the property, and the people who make it special. The hotel owner and I exchanged text messages prior to arrival and they educated me on the visa process as an American coming to Cuba.

First Time Visit
We took our first trip to Cuba and stayed at the Blanc Blue. The staff was a great reflection of the many additional people we met in Cuba. They were all extremely friendly and helpful and we also met several guests traveling there. The location is within walking distance of the old Havana attractions. They also assisted us in planning trips before our visit. The bottom line is don't hesitate to book with them and when we return the Blanc Blue would be our choice.

Very nice restored property, quiet, with rooftop deck for breakfast. Very helpful staff, no wifi, but they let us use a hotspot so we could check-in for flight. Rooms are good size, A/C worked well, comfortable.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel
Mayte and staff were excellent, very friendly and more than helpful with any questions or advice. Was an Oasis and quiet sanctuary from a day on Havana's streets. Beautiful room with 20 foot ceilings and quiet Air con. Highly recommend and 1 block off the Malecon.

We did not know what to expect in Cuba. As our first hosts the Blanc Bleu was wonderful suggesting sites, restaurants, and things to do. In addition they helped with money exchange and transportation to other towns and helping us connect with others to help us on our trip. Clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay in a good, safe area to walk and see the sites of both old and new Havana. Fantastic.

A casa é belíssima, com um terraço cinematográfico, e foi um prazer ficar dois dias nela, em nossa volta a Havana depois de ter passado algum tempo em Havana Velha e em outras partes de Cuba. O apartamento é limpo, banheiro excelente. O café da manhã é cobrado a parte, e caro comparado aos outros que tivemos em Cuba, mas é conveniente e servido no maravilhoso terraço. A localização é boa por ser próxima ao Malecón. Como toda Havana Centro as ruas são sujas e as opções de comer são caras demais para o que oferecem. É uma ótima opção, com ressalvas. Tivemos dificuldade em achar o lugar porque NÃO É UM HOTEL, é uma casa que aluga quartos, e perguntamos para pessoas na rua pelo hotel a toa. Quando identificamos a casa (que passamos direto por não ser um hotel) toquei a campainha diversas vezes porque o taxista já estava com pressa pra ir embora e precisávamos confirmar se era ali, e ainda tive que ouvir reclamação na entrada por ter tocado a campainha várias vezes. Talvez se houvesse sinalização adequada ou um aviso aqui de que não é um hotel, eu não tivesse ficado nessa situação. Mas o atendimento foi educado e nos deram todas as informações necessárias, passado esse choque inicial consideramos que fomos bem atendidos. No segundo dia outro recepcionista tentou nos vender jantar com show, sendo que já estávamos há duas semanas em Cuba, exaustos de lidar com pessoas tentando vender esse tipo de coisa, não precisávamos disso dentro do nosso local de descanso.
