This listing provides access to 3 individual adjacent properties to be rented under one booking. The rental includes a House (3BR/2BA), a Cottage (1BR/1BA w/Loft), and a Cabin (2BR/1BA). All 3 properties are fully fenced in and included rear access between the properties. Each place included a Game/Rec Shed (Couch, foosball, arcade, yard games, beach chairs, and lake floats), Gas Grill, and an outdoor patio area w/ a Chimenea.

*Please note there is a $200 one-time dog fee which allows you to bring up to 5 dogs on the properties during your trip. We are dog lovers but ask that you keep your furry friends off the furniture and clean up after them for the sake of other renters. Waste bags provided from dispensers in backyards. Add your dogs to the reservation for the dog fee to be applied please.


Wally's House:

Warm and cozy with a touch of modern rustic flare best describes this newly renovated raised ranch lake house.

Inside, guests will find a brand new fully equipped kitchen ready for any cooking they plan to do. The living room adjacent to the kitchen includes a 42" Roku smart TV, an easy to use propane fireplace, games and a getaway guide that includes information on the property and local area. Also connected to the kitchen is a small but cozy dining room that can seat up to 6 guests.

Just through the rear door is the outside space. This may be one of the best aspects of the property. There is a huge custom chimenea right outside the backdoor perfect for roasting marshmallows. There is a gravel patio area that hosts a large picnic table for enjoying a nice outside dinner. Enjoy the light breeze from the the lake. Just above guests will love the Edison lights that make nights by the lake perfect and unforgettable. There is a newer 4 burner grill with provided propane.

When walking from the back on the left side of the house to the front, there is a brand new custom outdoor shower which is a crowd favorite. A little bit closer to the road is an area for trailer parking.

The entire backyard is fenced in for you to enjoy with your four legged friends.

Going back inside through the front entrance you will find a full bathroom which includes a washer/dryer which you are welcome to use. Laundry Pods are provided. Making your way upstairs there will another full bath straight at the end of the hallway dividing up the master bedroom from the 2 other bedrooms. There is a closet in each of the bedrooms, while the master includes a desk to get some work done if needed as well as a 32" smart TV. The master bedroom also includes and exterior entrance that allows you to walk right outside

Wally's Cottage:

Keeping the traditional cottage feel while meshing it with modern amenities and flare best describes this newly renovated cottage named after Wallenpaupack's Nickname "Wally".

You approach the front with a full length porch that has Adirondack chairs aside an antique ski lift from the old Vernon Valley Resort to relax in. Across the deck is a picnic table to enjoy a nice outdoor meal. Once inside, guests will find a brand new fully equipped kitchen ready for any cooking they plan to do. Updated Stainless Appliances including a dishwasher and Ice/Filtered drinking water are there for your comfort. The living room adjacent to the kitchen includes a 42" TV with Roku enabled. Below that is an easy to use propane fireplace (Turned off during Summer). Games located in the built-ins and guests will find a getaway guide which includes comprehensive information on the property and local area. Opposite corner of the living room you will find cozy dining room for 4 adjacent to the rear entry and spiral stairs.

Aside the dining room is full bathroom with a sliding glass enclosure. If you take the spiral stairs up you will enter the loft. This holds a Full and a Twin bed, while a desk is also available to get some work done if needed. The master bedroom below holds a Queen bed with a small closet behind the entrance door.

Just through the rear door is the outside space. This may be one of the best aspects of the property. There is a chimenea right outside the backdoor perfect for roasting marshmallows and hanging out. You'll also find comfortable chairs under the Edison lights to enjoy the light breeze from the the lake just down the road. A newer 4 burner grill is also on the patio with provided propane. The rear yard and Game Shed are fully fenced in which is perfect for children or your four legged friends. Last but not least is the 2-person Hot Tub for you to enjoy relaxing

Wally's Cabin:

Inside, guests will find a fully equipped Stainless Steel kitchen ready for any cooking they plan to do. The refrigerator has filtered drinking water and ice. The living room adjacent to the kitchen includes a 50" smart TV, Classic NES & PS1, and board games. Caty-corner to the couch and loveseat is a beautiful cast iron gas fireplace that turns on to keep you cozy with the flip of a switch. We leave custom getaway guides on the coffee table that includes information on the property and the local area with our personal recommendations. The living room coffee table doubles as a place to sit and eat in the offseason or enjoy a nice dinner outside at the picnic table in the warmer months. Enclosed in the larger couch is a full pullout sofa bed.

Just through the back door is the enclosed porch. There is a firepit right outside the back perfect for roasting marshmallows on a gravel patio and a picnic table adjacent. Enjoy the light breeze from the the lake under the Edison lights glazing overhead. Just adjacent to the rear sunroom is a 4-Person Hot tub ready to be enjoyed. Off the back deck is a new 4 burner Weber grill with provided propane. To the right of the house/driveway is an area for boat/snowmobile trailer parking.

Going back inside through the living room is a quaint hallway. To the left of the rear hallway there is a master bedroom (Queen) and to the right is a second bedroom (Bunk with Twin top/Bottom Full). There is a closet in each of the bedrooms as well as a dresser.

There are (2 kayaks and a double-person canoe at on neighboring property) or (3 kayaks at the other neighboring property) that can be launched at the public boat launch a short drive away, or cart them 6 blocks (1,500') to Walt's and pay a small fee to drop them in there. (We have carts to walk them down the street. We do not provide firewood, but out front is a self service station with wood for sale provided by a local company (Cash or electronic payment) . This way you don't have to worry about to transporting it.

If you are looking for baby gear suh as pack-n-plays, high chairs, ect. We have a partnership with a local supplier that can deliver and even set them up at the property for you to use during your stay. Just let us know.
