I love this hotel. The staff are amazing and so friendly. This is the second time I have stayed here and can't wait to stay again. They also have Bosch Bol available 24 hours a day, absolute heaven.

I didn’t feel safe
It was a bit scary as when I got there, it didn’t look safe; it was full of people at the entrance, and the main door was closed with a chain. The room was OK, the hotel the night was a bit noisy as people were moving around and you could hear them

Top marks from me! I checked out feeling happy.
The female staff at the front of house were lovely! Always wanting to help you with anything food, drink, info. With me being on my own they made sure I didn't feel lonely. Having a computer to use helped me a lot. Breakfast experience was good! Not overcrowded like other hotels. Bathroom very modern with touch sensor toilet and good shower spray. Loved the big TV screen!

The bed was awful. It was a thin (3 inch mattress) on the top of the box spring that kept sliding around. If you did not sit or lie on the mattress in just the right position, you were in danger of ending up on the floor.

Amazing gem of a hotel!
This is a hidden treasure and not a typical chain hotel. It was the most charming on our trip and right in the heart of the city next to the cathedral yet it was quiet. The owner told me it's been in her family for generations and it shows. The hotel is full of antiques and charm from the ceiling beams in the reception room to the crystal chandelier and things around. Our room was very large for 3 people, beds were fresh, clean and a candy was left on our pillow. Bathroom was updated and nice shower. DEFINITELY get the breakfast - it is served on fine china with brass silverware and crystal glasses. It's all made fresh and timely - they kept bringing our fresh platters of scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, sausages etc. Don't miss the fresh orange juice machine!! Pastries were incredible - I wanted to try everything. This was my favorite hotel on our 6 day trip - the love and attention to detail really made us feel special. Highly, highly recommend.

Flexible and friendly
I was a late check it. After midnight. They stayed waiting for me and let me into the room to get to sleep without full rigmarole at check-in. We can sort everything out in the morning was the very flexible attitude, for which I was most grateful.

The property was in a perfect location to explore the city on foot. The family room was spacious with a large bathroom. The breackfast buffet was amazing with fresh squeezed orange juice. The owners were friendly and helpful, to the point of coming in at 6 am to tell us goodbye bwfore we left. The property also has a nice bar and terrace area.

Amazing place and amazing staff
I often stay at this hotel when working in the Netherlands. It’s a brilliant hotel with fantastic and friendly staff who are very attentive. Superb location with plenty of amenities within walking distance and also a short walk to the train station. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

A very pleasant stay.
Hotel is a 12 minute walk from station across the Market Square. Reception and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. The impressive cathedral is the view from some of the rooms (it's bells do start at 7 in the morning, but the windows do a good job keeping the noise down. Good range of hot and cold food for breakfast. Breads, meats, yogurt, cheeses, boiled and scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans (and sausage on day two).
