I had a studio room which had a kettle, fridge etc. Staff were great. It is located within walking distance of the old town and the train station but in a quiet neighbourhood
Triple room was quite large, had comfortable beds, funky lighting and a functional bathroom with good hot water supply. There was a portable air conditioner provided. Kitchenette did not have a microwave or cooking utensils, but still useful. We enjoyed the daily breakfast (17 euros). Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Short 5 min walk to transport and amenities. Quite a bit further to the old town, bridge and castle
This was a clean hotel with sizable room, we were 3 guests staying in a room.
The bathroom was well equipped and there was AC for the summer days.
The staff were very helpful in storing our luggage after checkout.
The checkin time is 2 PM which was a bit late for us, as we had travelled a long distance, would be nice to have a earlier checkin time
The area around the location was under some construction and it made it challenging for us to locate the hotel. Parking was available on the street and we were able to purchase a parking pass for 5 euro. The hotel is simple, the shower is deep, and the beds are hard. The portable AC was welcomed, but be forewarned there's no central air here.
Love the location, everything is so close to within walk, or you can catch a bus or the tram easily. The hotel itself is so nice and clean. Wonderful atmosphere and a lovey experience all together!
Clean and comfortable hotel. Minimal staff contact as we never had breakfast so only check in (Handed an i pad) and checkout done manually. The staff were helpful and courteous when we did have contact. Only downside was the rooms were very hot even with the large fan that was supplied. apart from that a very comfortable stay. A 15 minute to many shops and nice restaurants.
Part of the hotel has no elevator but you can’t tell when booking. Guess only the more expensive rooms have the luxury. Plus no A/C on a hot summer day might be an issue for some.
I liked that this property is a short drive away from the castle and university. It gave a feel for a neighborhood area of the city. They offer parking which made it easy to store the car.
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We had a wonderful view.
The staff was friendly and breakfast was the typical buffet of meats, cheeses, breads, and fruits. All was delicious.
One thing that was a bit difficult was parking in front of the hotel to unload the bags because the main street is busy and the side street is one-way and mostly non-stopping zones. But, other than that, it was a wonderful stay.
