This hotels needs an upgrade. Stayed in a premium room, but did not feel premium at all. Tired inventory. Extremely cold, not possible to turn on heating in the bathroom, thermostat was locked to 5 degrees celcius. Tv with no streaming or casting possibilites.
Slightly broken furniture and overall a feeling of staying in a room ten overdue for a rehabilitation. Ice cube machine was broken on all 4 floors i checked. The common areas were also cold. Posters claiming eco-friendliness was the reason for this were all over. Enviromental awareness is great but it reduced the comfort a lot.
The staff was really friendly - location is amazing and the breakfast had a huge selection av good food.
The price gave higher expectations. There is no feeling of luxury here. If you seek that, maybe splurge a little more sn stay at Britannia. If you just want a nice room and good location, Royal Garden is close by with more modern rooms and a cheaper price.
Will not stay here again
