The staff at the front desk was rude,the pool was out, they had days to tell there customers about the pool being out! The front door glass was dirty, it never got cleaned the three days I was there. The carpet was filthy, this is what the customer sees when they come in the front door. Our room was dirty, they were candy wrappers in the night stand, food crumbs by the bed on the floor, the bathroom door had dirt on it.dirt on the floor at the elevator landing! That never got vacuum the whole time I was there!!! Thank you

Great Room

We love Country Inn & Suites. Our room was large and very comfortable. 2 TVs, 2 rooms. The pool and hot tub were closed. There were never any cookies although we asked a couple of times and they said they would have some made but never did. We got fresh towels daily. Hot tub would have been great after a long hike . All things considered, I would stay there again

One of the beds was not made up completely. Carpet was not vacuumed. Hallways and stairwells were dirty. Base of toilet had urine residue. Inside of bathroom door around handle was visibly dirty. One curtain sheer was missing. Tissue box holder was dirty. There was no towel rack for towels to dry on. There was no milk one day at breakfast and no orange juice the following day. Some features of the breakfast were very good. Other things were average.

Personnel were very nice and accommodating. The room where the pool was had a strong odor of bleach but I was told the pool room didn’t have good ventilation. The pool was eventually closed due to the filtration system not working. Our room was nice but needed renovation and deep cleaning. The elevator’s floor identifications were not working. Only one ice machine was working which was on the first floor. Parking was adequate, safe, and on property. One of the beds sagged a little in the middle which was uncomfortable for a good night’s sleep.

Great property. Erica and the rest of the staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and up to date. The shower was the best I've experienced in a hotel in awhile. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. Definitely will stay here again.

Hotel was in a very good location. Easy walk to restaurants in downtown. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. But just know this is not a new hotel. It’s definitely got some growing pains. Oh, and the breakfast was pretty good. You got your scrambled eggs, sausage and a waffle station. Plenty of parking if you have a nice car that you don’t wanna get dinged up by somebody parking next to you. We would definitely stay here again. But

The hotel is located at almost the center of all the attractions. Easy parking, the hotel staff was absolutely awesome!! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Very disappointed, don't waste your money!

Ok, first of all at checkin Dora was very nice. She told us that the elevator had not been working but was working now. Well, later on that day it stopped working again. It never worked again until we checked out. We were on the 3rd floor. Also, the heated pool was not heated. I asked and they told me that the heater had been repaired but now they had to wait on someone to turn on the propane which didn't happen during our stay. We had a suite with a separate bedroom with a pull out sofa and the sofa had a huge stain on it. The rest of the room was clean and we had plenty of towels. The bathroom is really small, not really even enough room to get dress in the bathroom. I would not stay there again. They really need to work on things. I even committed on how nice Dora was at check-in but when I checked out, I told her that if I would have known the elevator wasn't going to work I would have never checked in and she said I told everyone but no she didn't tell us there was a chance it would stop working. We had to walk up all those stairs.
