The pillows were terrible, the sheets had holes and stains. The floors were stained carpets with tears in the bathroom linoleum. There was a weakness in spots on the floor boards. You could see light through the door seal. We were glad we only had to stay one night.

The room stunk like stale cigarettes and chlorine. In the front desk guy was a crab. On The plus side there was a TV but boogers all over the wall and the bed was pretty comfortable But stunk like cigarettes

The desk attendant was rude. This was a prepaid reservation by me for a Julian McNees for 1 week!!! He checked in and was woken up early the next day and told to get out he only had 1 night reserved. With a broken arm and hand he did!!! Slept in his car until we found out days later and contacted Hotels.com who then contacted the hotel who denied it!!! WANT MY FULL REFUND IMEDIATELY!!!! Please follow up on this I was told you had expedited this issue and have heard nothing!!!!
