Lovely quiet hotel. Rooms are spacious and the food served in the bar is amazing. Staff are very helpful. My only complaint as a business traveler was that the Wi-Fi in my room (214) was a bit intermittent.

Great hotel, with great customer service.
The road leading to the hotel could do with better signage, because I nearly missed the turning. The hotel was lovely, the bar and restaurant were good, and the food was great. The Lancaster suite bedroom was excellent, very spacious, with a very comfy double bed. The bathroom was okay but needs to be refreshed and updated. I had an issue with the hot water not working the night before, but this was addressed very quickly. The shower head water pressure was extremely low.

We enjoyed our stay at Brook hall. What made it so enjoyable was the service. Everyone was accommodating and nice. But the star of the hotel is Eddie! He was the best part of our stay! We would go back just to visit with him again.
