A great brand new hotel. Though severely understaffed. The food in the restaurant was exquisite but it took so so long for the food to arrive. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks at the bar, and decided to leave after that. Once the staffing issue has been resolved. It will be a great place. We’ve actually booked our next stay already.

Very nice stay, we had a big room which was great, staff went out of their way to be helpful, extremely helpful, the gym of the hotel is wonderful (brand new, amazing), location is ideal for leisure travelers. The only little drawback was the walk from the train station to the hotel, only a 5 minute walk, but on the sidewalk leading to the entrance of the hotel is not possible to just pull your suitcases (the ones with the wheels) other than this all met our expectations.

A wonderful stay in the newest hotel in Helsinki
We had an amazing 2-night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The junior suite was beautiful, and thanks to the central location we were able to utilise the room a lot more than on average. My wife particularly loved the spacious walk-in closet to get ready in. The bed was the best we’ve slept in in a long time, and the service was very courteous both at front desk and at breakfast. The buffet in the morning had lots of local delicacies to choose from and everything was of high quality and fresh. The second morning Karelian pasties were also served to the table which was a nice touch. We also used the sauna area three times which was very nice and relaxing, next time we’ll book a treatment as well. Can’t wait to return!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the NH Helsinki! Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of all of the amenities as our stay was short, but the room was spacious and very comfortable. Wonderful and comfortable touches were the lighting options in the room, the self-illuminating bathroom and amazing toilet! The location for us was perfect: an easy walk down to the market and to see the downtown sites, as well as the hotels proximity to the train station. The hotel breakfast was top-notch and provided more than enough options and wonderful coffee. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful, as the rest of the staff. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

The milk containers/cooling thing did not keep the milk cold at all. I think you need to re think this, find another solution. You advertise the rooftop bar, but it is not complete. I would post on the website when it will be opening. People would be less disappointed. Room was great, bed super comfy, breakfast spread was outstanding, so any great choices. Would definitely stay again.
