There’s certainly room for improvement in customer service, particularly in recognising Radisson Rewards members. The soundproofing in my room, at least, wasn’t the best, as I could clearly hear the television from the room next door. Also, while the rain wasn’t heavy, the design of the exterior windowsill amplified the sound of even light rain, making it seem as if there were a heavy downpour and storm outside, which partially disturbed my sleep. Breakfast was rather basic. There were a few interesting dishes, but overall, nothing special.

Great stay in Helsinki
Our rbnb in Finland Helsink had an issue and we had to find a total. The Raddison Ref checked all our boxes for location, value, sauna, restaurant, and the brand is well known. Staff was super friendly, we had breakfast there and the buffet was outstanding, one of the few places that had scrambled eggs and bacon! I ate dinner there twice , nice selection and good food. I like the nespresso machine in the room. We got a room with a tub and shower. Tub is recommended! Bed was comfortable and warm, room is super clean, lobby is very comfortable, robes and slippers, sauna and gym. Staff was very attentive. We were a few minute walk from the train station so getting to the airport was very easy. Also a few minutes to metro Very close to shopping, restaurant and clubs. also borders a botanic area and nice nature walk. We had considered lot of places but very happy we chose this one

This hotel was simply wonderful. Just a 15 minute walk to most of the sights! Construction all over town is annoying but not the fault of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again

We had an excellent stay in this hotel, so we rebooked and returned for a second stay! The facilities seemed to be new and they are very well maintained. The members of the staff were helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for us, as it is close to the Central Train Station and other must visit places in Helsinki.

Everything was nice except management, I had an old bed and suffered from back pain 7 days until I realized , problem was the bed, so I asked for the manager and left a phone number for him to call me which he never returned my call, and advised employ to take care of it. By removing the top part of Matters to make it firm. I am back in USA and continue to suffer from back pain caused from deffective matters.

I liked the little things. The bathroom has a light sensor that turns on a night light so you don’t have to blind yourself by turning on a light. Big bottles of shampoo, etc, instead of little disposable ones that are bad for the environment. Breakfast was amazing and everyone went above and beyond to help us. Loved it.
