I love staying at this hotel anytime I come to Helsinki. The service is amazing, and the location right outside the central train station is unbeatable. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet has great selection. Most any place I wanted to go was a short walk, tram, or train ride away. I will be definitely be back!

The hotel is at an excellent location. The art museum is directly opposite. All the main attractions are walkable, I stayed in the new wing. It was modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only down side is that the room doors all slam shuts. So you hear a loud bang every time someone enter or leave their room.

Requested a Queen, got a double that barely fit in closet sized room. Carpet badly stained, room poorly cleaned. No accessibility entrance at front entrance. No doorman, bell man. Beautiful historic building, seemed understaffed. Never again Scandic

Room and Hotel was great, This was just 1 night stop in transit so I got a basic room. Turned down the upgrades and somehow ended up in a room just about as far from reception as you could get a good 5 minute walk.

Everything was great. Location facilities restaurants were all great. My only thought was for our room there was plenty of room to add some coat hooks which it lacked. That was need especially if they were wet you cannot hand in the wardrobe.
