Arrived around midnight. Open sign blinking, reservation already made, inner door was locked. No one at the counter in sight. Called multiple times. Would just ring and not be answered or would ring and immediately disconnect. Expedia attempted to contact them and they themselves could not get through. Ended up having to go down the road to Super 8, where I was helped, and someone was actually there.

Nothing like the pictures.
The hotel didn't provide breakfast as advertised, the pool was closed, and you couldn't adjust the AC in your room. The property needs maintenance and upkeep. For the price, I would not recommend this hotel

No bath towels waited one hour for them to bring to room only after manager could unlock laundry. Why front desk could not do it ? Or get clean tows from unused room. No coffee/ tea in morning No pool. Green and closed

The furnishings were great but the front door to the room was ill fitting, you could see light around it. The commode was also illfitting, looks like it was reset and moved around and set improperly. The walls could used a touch up. The common area was useable.no fountain as advertised in pictures, no pool. Kind of disappointing.

Shower mat had yellow stains on them. Shower had brown stuff near drain and was not clean, was afraid to use. Room smelled. Paint was scratched everywhere in room. Positives are: refrigerator worked, microwave was clean and mirror was spotless.

Breakfast consisted of white bread, which could be toasted, dry mini muffins, cereal with 2% milk, and coffee or tea, with no de-caf available. No soap nor coffee in room. Had to request soap, shampoo, etc. at front desk.

Unique property with large indoor pool and atrium. Check in area is great woth new furniture and flooring. Unfortunately the rest of the place is old and worn.

Had trouble with the door the day of arrival. Did not feel door was very secure. Door knob broke the following morning. Called to see about having it fixed or at least looked at waited about an hour and no one showed. Loaded all of our stuff in the vehicle due to not being able to secure the door. Spent the next 30 minutes trying to find staff to address our concern. Staff comment “ oh it finally broke. I will take a look at it.” We had an appointment to get to and by this point were about an hour behind schedule. Returned late afternoon to turn in keys and tell them we decided to not stay a second night. Spent about 45 minutes searching again for staff. Was never able to locate anyone. Left our keys on the desk so we could go to our next appointment. Attempted to call facility multiple times over the next hour before getting an answer to inform them we left keys and did not plan to return. Per my bank account I was still billed for both nights. Definitely a very negative experience.
