Parking was right across the street from hotel which was nice. It can be difficult to find parking in town. But location was 12 minute walk from ports. Right next to shopping amd restaurant district. No car need if just staying in the area. The welcome was relaxing with fresh wet handtowels to clean up. And breakfast was wonderful. Beautiful newer hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights during our honeymoon. That being said, we did have one of the best rooms in the hotel, the top floor suite. We highly recommend that suite. It is very up to date and practical, and the balcony is amazing. You have your own private balcony and it’s fairly big, with a great sunset view and a hot tub. The hotel itself has a great location, being very close to many restaurants and the port. The only thing that put a little bit of a damper on our stay was that the building next-door had someone who neglected their pet. The dog was on the roof top all day and all night which was a big concern for me being a pet lover. That is not something that can control I understand, but definitely a little sad to see that.

What a great experience we had in our stay at Dom Boutique hotel. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Great recommendations. Breakfast was great, very fresh and good variety. The welcome wine and fruits was a nice touch. Would love to be back!

Great property in Heraklion
Loved this hotel - so close to everything in Heraklion. The breakfast was quite good and they have their own small bar which was a quiet place to unwind after a day of being out and about. The staff was warm and welcoming. They gave us recommendations and took time to ask us about our day and what we had done. At one point we ordered a massage in our room as my husband had hurt his back. He absolutely loved his service It should also be noted that this is the only bathroom on our entire three week trip that had a two sink bathroom - it was absolutely luxurious! :)

Beautiful terrace!
The room was amazing! Great view and the jacuzzi worked perfectly well. We had a welcome gift that we enjoyed too! The only recommendation would be to have better lighting of the room.

All staffs are super nice and we were welcomed by two lemon drinks when we arrived. The location is very close to port and museum, and the room is super clean.

The hotel was beautiful and very well decorated. They served a delicious breakfast with a huge selection of hot and cold items! My favorite were the traditional Greek dishes and pastries like Spanakopita.
