Atrocious ! Closed and no one there when we arrive
The hotel was closed for the winter , no one around and looked in a terrible state although possobly nicer in summer looked nothing like its pictures . since the place was shut down my 81 year old mum and i had to drive around for two hours to find another place to stay and Hotels.com refused to pay me refund . atrocious service worst ever and rest assured ill not be using the Hotels.com and Expedia ever again after 10 years !!!

Excellent location, right by the beach, with umbrellas and deck chairs available. Sadly the pool wasn't available, but with the sea right outside it did not matter. Staff were very nice and helpful. Could have been a bit cleaner, but still a nice spacious room with a balcony.

Myönteistä: hyvä sijainti ja vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä uimaranta, ravintoloita, kauppoja ja nähtävyyksiä. Autolla myös helppo tulla ja lähteä eri suuntiin rannansuuntaisesti tai vuoristoon. Tilat ja varustelu riittävät, parvekemaisema upea. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja auttavaista, palvelut luvatunmukaisia. Kielteistä: Guest House ei sovi liikuntaesteisille lukuisien portaidensa vuoksi (tätä ei mainita hotellin tiedoissa). Kylpyhuoneen ilmanvaihto ei ilmeisesti toiminut, mikä aiheutti homeen laattasaumoissa, ja home aiheutti hajun. Great location and just a short walk to beach, restaurants, shops and attractions. It is also easy to get there by car, and then go around Monte Negro. Sufficient room and equipment, stunning balcony landscape. Staff friendly and helpful, services as promised. The bathroom ventilation apparently did not work, which caused mold in the tile joints, and mold caused the smell.

Уютное место для спокойного отдыха
Вилла расположена очень удачно - ровно между старым городом Херцег-Нови и монастырем св. Саввы (15 минут пешком), в трёх минутах остановка местного автобуса. Место спокойное, без громких развлечений на набережной. Спуск - напрямую к галечному пляжу, море чистое и спокойное. Обстановка в отеле старомодная, уютная по-домашнему; номер без балкона тесноват, но это не проблема - есть несколько террас, где можно проводить время, загорать (и сушить полотенца). Завтрак сервируют тоже на террасе, сытный и вкусный, иногда бывают местные сыры, традиционная выпечка, фрукты. Самое главное - очень общительные гостеприимные хозяева, любезный персонал. Очень рекомендуем, приедем ещё.

Outdated hotel but good location
This place needs a thorough cleaning and updating. Especially the bathroom of our room was dirty and dingy. The breakfast was good with plenty of food. View from the balcony was great! It is good for a maximum of one night stay near Herceg Novi center. Can recommend only to those who are not very strict about cleanliness.
