The hotel was even better than we expected from the advertisements that led us to choose it. We stayed for three nights and would happily have stayed longer. The catering for breakfast was first class as was everything about the hotel. No effort was spared to help guests to be comfortable.

Nice hotel in a nice location, with a very good breakfast selection. Prices are reasonable and food is great. What dented our experience was the inconsistent level of friendliness of the staff, which ranged from a genuine very eager to please to (from a UK perspective plain) rude.

Beautiful hotel
The hotel fits perfectly into this great place. The room is great, as well as the restaurants, breakfast and Spa. Rent a bicycle to explore the town or cross the street to the beach. I'll come back!

Great Hotel for a relaxed stay - very friendly staff - great opening hours for spa and breakfast Only minus: Pools in the spa area are fairly small and not very warm (no jacuzzi)- Breakfast was good overall good but for hotels at this price & star level they usually tent to be a bit better

Good facilities, service needs improving.
Hotel is new and shiny and the facilities are clearly the best in town. However, the service level is patchy and does not reflect the excellent infrastructure. Credit where it’s due, the restaurant staff are very good. The food outlets we tried, the main restaurant and the bistro bar, both ran very well. The front desk and the bar service however are not delivering 5 star service. The front desk team seemed unsure about everything. Whilst we were there the internet went down i.e. both the business centre and the wifi. There seemed no urgency to do anything about this. By day 4 when we left, still not working. I imagine that had the tills stopped then the IT hiccup might have been fixed! There is a lot of technology in this hotel and they must have in-house IT. Totally unacceptable at these prices and more annoying by the shrugging of shoulders when asked when it would be fixed. The bar area too is most unwelcoming verging on intimidating. Overall not good enough to guarantee a return visit.

Das Hotel ist absolut top. Eine Wohlfühloase in direkter Strandnähe. Leider ist es im Flurbereich und in den Fahrstühlen zu warm und stickig.
