Very nice rooms
We arrived about an hour and a half before check in opened, but there were no parking spots, so we had to park in a public car park a few blocks away. We were offered a welcome drink, but at the bar were then told that this only covered coffee - as it was about 30 degrees outside, we kindly declined. The room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished. It was one of those rooms that you just feel really cosy and at home in, so that was perfect. Breakfast was a little chaotic - it was busy holiday time, granted, but with the squeeze in the breakfast room it didn't seem particularly relaxing. Location of the hotel is good - right by the beach.

Few days in Ahlbeck
The hotel was good and had very friendly service. The room itself was pretty small especially the bathroom but clean and nice. The restaurant was located at top floor with great view to the sea and you always found something for breakfast. Unfortunately it was boring after 3rd day as it was always same and not as used to in 4* hotel. In the evening it was difficult to find a spot for your bicycle inside as there is no dedicated safe room provided, only very narrow place under the stairs.

Direkte Strandlage, feinsandiger fantastischer Strand, die Ostsee ohne Steine!! Balkon mit Meerblick, leckeres Frühstück, viele Restaurants und Kneipen in der Nähe, 3 km zur polnischen Grenze nach Swinuscije Was will mann mehr ?? Jederzeit geene wieder!

Sie haben uns nicht informiert das,das Zimmer nur alle 3 Tage geputzt werden ,Handtücher und Klopapier mussten wir an der Rezeption abholen mitunter kein Lächeln 😃 von den Angestellten Frühstück okay Zimmer okay, mit dem Auto 🚗 war auch kein Parkplatz zu bekommen

Hotel zum Wohlfühlen mit sensationellem Frühstück
zusammen mit meiner Tochter(50) verbrachte ich(77) eine wunderbare Woche im Hotel.Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Balkon und Meerblick, der allerdings durch hochgewachsene Bäume eingeschränkt war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermißt. Die Handtücher waren dick und flauschig, im Bad hätte ich mir eine Duschhaube und Körperlotion gewünscht, man kann ja nicht alles mitschleppen. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und schön präsentiert, in ruhiger Atmosphäre im bequemen Restaurant, ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Leider war es dort nach meinem Gefühl zu kühl, auch am Abend. Im "Prime" wir feine Küche geboten, keine 08/15 Kost, in guten Portionen, hübsch dekoriert und sehr schmackhaft. Preise der Qualität angemessen. Mit Vergnügen haben wir den schönen, sauberen Indoor Pool mit kuscheligen Badetüchern und geräumiger Regendusche genossen. Wir haben uns im Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten auch beide eine Ganzkörpermassage - leider kein so gutes Erlebnis. Der Masseur hat die ganze Zeit gequatscht, also keine Entspannung.

Ein sauberes und ruhiges Hotel. Leider standen uns zum Transport unseres Gepäcks kein Gepäckwagen zur Verfügung, sodass wir 3 mal zum Auto laufen mussten. Für jemanden mit Gehbehinderung sicher nicht so toll. Das Restaurant, schon im gehobenen Prissegment , hat eine selbstschließende Tür, die dermaßen zu knallt, dass es schon sehr störend war. Das Essen war gut, nur gestern der Reinfall. Nach Aussage des Kellners war kein Koch in der Küche, nur Hilfspersonal. Nach 1Std. Wartezeit bei ca 10 Gästen war unsere Geduld am Ende. Das Steak war Medium bestellt, kam durchgebraten an den Tisch. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde uns angeboten ein neues zu braten, aber wir wollten nicht noch mal so lange warten, wobei nicht sicher war, ob das Ergebnis besser sein würde. Als Entschädigung bekamen wir einen Schnaps. Nur das Steak ohne Beilagen kam 28€. Die Kellner wurden hier allein gelassen, und reagierten nicht angemessen. Schade. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal nett, so wie man das von einem 4* Haus erwartet.

Schönes Hotel, entspannen und entschleunigen hier gut möglich. Frühstück mit Meerblick sehr schön, aber kalte Klimaanlage im Restaurant und keine Tabletts für das Frühstücksbuffet. War alleine dort und bin dreimal gelaufen, bis ich meine Sachen am Tisch hatte. War alles in allem aber sehr schön

Ich habe 5 Tage in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, genau wie das gesamte Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr qualifiziert und reaktionsschnell. Im Preis inbegriffen sind Frühstück, Sauna und Schwimmbad. Das Restaurant befindet sich in der 6. Etage und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreicher. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie auch ins Restaurant gehen und zu Abend essen. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen.
