Charming and quiet cottage with panoramic views

In the green valley of Hermigua, surrounded by banana plantations and the subtropical garden terraces belonging to the house, the Casa »Vista Teide« offers an individual ambience and a wonderful, quiet place to relax for up to 4 people.

Enjoy the fantastic view over the valley of Hermigua up across the sea to the highest mountain in Spain, the Teide on Tenerife. It offers a spectacular backdrop every day at sunrise and sunset. The house Casa "Vista Teide" is spread over 2 floors.

On the ground floor there are the fully equipped kitchen and a shower room with toilet and sink. Brick benches, the beautiful terracotta floors and the decorative exempted natural stones in masonry radiate Mediterranean atmosphere.

Via an open staircase leads to the first floor, on which there are two cozy bedrooms. In the yellow room has a comfortable double bed 150x200, the blue room has 2 comfortable single beds 90x200 cm, which also work very well as a double bed. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe.

From the upper floor you go to the terrace and the large garden with tables and chairs and sun loungers - a perfect place to "unwind". In front of the house a stone bench invites you to linger, another terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers is right next to it. There is also an outdoor grill.

From the Casa "Vista Teide" leads a 10-minute stairway through the banana plantations directly down to the nearby village, hiking trails are located in the immediate vicinity.

Ruhe mit Blick
Wunderschön und sehr ruhig oberhalb Hermiguas gelegenes Haus als Teil eines Dreispänners. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Der Garten ist paradiesisch, einem kleinen botanischen Garten gleich. Die Aussicht auf Berge, Meer und, wenn es die Bewölkung zulässt, den Teide ist bezaubernd. Das Häuschen ist hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch die beiden großzügigen Schlafzimmer. Die Küche beinhaltet alles Nötige. Allerdings ist sie zum Kochen, vor allem für vier Leute zu klein. Nur zwei eng beieinander liegende Platten, ein kleiner Backofen und kaum Arbeistfläche. Die meisten wird das nicht stören, es sollte einem aber bewusst sein. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für unseren Wanderurlaub
Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Casa "Vista Teide" sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits und damit sehr ruhig. Es bietet sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Weg vor dem Haus (mit Sitzbank) einen tollen Blick in Richtung Teide/Teneriffa. Insbesondere beim Sonnenaufgang war der Ausblick überwältigend. Bei gutem Wetter haben wir diesen Blick auch beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse genossen. Die kleine Küche war insoweit vollkommen ausreichend. Gekocht haben wir nicht, sondern sind in Hermigua oder unterwegs eingekehrt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsbüro verlief reibungsfrei. Bereits im Vorfeld erhielten wir die erforderlichen Hinweise sowie Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Auch der Check-In war unproblematisch. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist das kleine Bad, das keine gesonderte Abluft besitzt. Aber auch das hat letztlich nur wenig gestört.

Schöne Unterkunft im Grünen
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen mit Blick aufs Tal und Meer von einen Schlafzimmer, und Blick in den grünen Garten vom anderen. Es war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben ein Babybett und einen Babystuhl bekommen. Die Dachterrasse ist herrlich mit Blick über das Tal. Die Treppe im Haus ist nicht absperrbar, so mussten wir unsere Kleine gut im Auge behalten. Hermigua hat Restaurants, Supermarkt und Tankstelle. Der Strand ist leider nicht schwimmbar, zum Baden sind wir nach San Sebastián bzw. Valle Gran Rey gefahren. Alles in Allem eine tolle Unterkunft in wunderschöner Umgebung.

Unseren Aufenthalt hat die ganze Familie sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft im recht untouristischen Hermigua hat genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Die Terrasse ist fast den ganzen Tag sonnig, was auf La Gomera auf Grund der tiefen Täler ein großer Pluspunkt für uns war. Der Blick vom Haus war einfach nur genial, die Sonnenaufgänge über dem Teide wunderschön, Wer gerne wandert und die Natur liebt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Wer, wie wir, immer auf der Suche nach Ferienwohnungen abseits der Touristenmassen ist, wir sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Schöne, gut ausgestattete und ruhige Unterkunft, sehr freundlicher Besitzer, der gleich nebenan wohnt und uns freundlicherweise immer mal wieder mit frischem Obst versorgt hat. Die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf La Gomera und vor allem dem grünen Zentrum und Norden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung jederzeit empfehlen.

das quartier ist herausragend gut und als ausgangspunkt für anstehende entdeckungen auf gomera bestens geeignet. große zimmer, sinnvolles mobiliar und feine sonnenbeschienene bereiche im haus bzw. der terasse. das die zwei etagige wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber ist haben wir sehr genossen. so konnten wir die räume individuell in "besitz" nehmen und nicht die wohnung uns ;-) einfach nur danke für die möglichkeit.
