The room was the last one on the top floor! Blood stains in the shower curtains! Only one elevator working! They are remodeling very noisy

I was charged on 4/12 the first nights stay. When I booked my room for November. The hotel did not credit that payment so I have been over charged. The front desk was terrible they were clueless even though I should them I had paid for the stay. Now I need to figure out how to get my money back.

The rooms itself were nice and spacious, although the floors were dirty, the tub would fill when I would shower and the water would drain super slow. There was only 1 elevator for the entire hotel, would take forever.
