Staff was partially accommodating. Check in was inconvenient. We were told to come back even though there was an available room and check out was a drop of the key in a basket. No check out option on the tv or app and no staff available to check out to get a receipt.

Worst I've ever been treated, don't book here
This was the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. The morning after check in the shower wasn't working, I made the mistake of reporting this to the staff and letting them know that the shower handle had come off in my hand when attempting to turn on the shower. After waiting for quite awhile for a maintenance to come take a look at it someone finally came to the room. They came in and pulled the shower handle out, looked at me, and said yes it's broken. Then proceeded to explain that they wouldn't be able to get a plumber in over the weekend so I would not have a working shower for the rest of my stay and there would be a charge for the shower repair but they weren't sure how much that charge would be. I asked about getting a room with a working shower and they said they couldn't provide one. I asked about checking out early and they said they couldn't do that either. They claimed that I had signed paperwork agreeing the room was in order before seeing it, so I asked if I should ask to see the room before signing next time and they replied well no you're not allowed to do that. I contacted Wyndham corporate they took down my complaint and said someone would be in touch within a week but if I needed assistance sooner that I could talk to the property directly, who had obviously made it clear they would be doing nothing to help me be prepared to be in a wedding the following day. We ended up booking a room at another hotel at additional expense to us, don't book here.

This is a very old property , that has been re modeled . Its clean, and they have tried to modernize... If you are looking for a swanky place . This is not it . No coffee maker in room .NO elevator. It did the job . But , I certainly think its way overpriced .People who work there were kind and helpful.

The staff was nice! Called ahead to notify my late arrival, staff was very accommodating. Guest next door were up till 4am continuously being loud even after confronting them. Breakfast. , very poor selection. Bagel, 2 types of dry cereal and coffee. Location is good for Hershey park. Only 9 minutes away.

We did not stay at this location due to deceptive nature of the pictures shown on the website. When we arrived; we found a run down, nasty motel that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in quite some time. We went to the office to possibility check in and immediately smelt mold and saw it near the air vents. This was an absolute no for us. We attempted to cancel our room but we were still charged for a room we did not stay in. Unprofessional staff. No management on property. I do not recommend this location for anyone to stay. It needs to be condemned.

I would stay here again - I haven't stayed in a "Ho Jo's" since the '70s so it was a bit of a throwback for me - very comfortable bed, everything very clean - I enjoyed the 70s "vintage" decor - it's what I grew up with!
