Overlooking an outdoor private swimming pool and views of the sea, the magnificent rural landscape, “Gouves Filoxenia Luxury Villa” is located in Gouves, Crete. The main city of Heraklion is just 17 km away. We invite you to experience our Hospitality

“Gouves Filoxenia Luxury Villa” has a private swimming pool with sun loungers so our guests can enjoy a truly relaxing time.

The ground floor is consisted of a kitchen with all modern amenities such as electric cooker, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dining room, sitting area that all have breathtaking views of the area. There is also a WC.

The first floor is consisted of 3 bedrooms with balconies that have a panoramic views starting from Chersonissos and ending at the night landing lights of Heraklion airport.

Very close to the swimming pool there is also an extra seating area that is considered more private and one can use that space for peace and tranquility. There is a playground for the children and also a big covered area (pergola) with spacious seating areas. One of them is used for outdoor dining with BBQ/grill facilities and one more sitting area.

There is a private covered parking area.

Right at the back of the Villa there is a small family church that you are welcomed to visit.

Quiet property with a beautiful view
We stayed in Crete for 5 days. We did rent a car and this location allowed us to be central - doing a day trip each direction. The sunset pictures and views are very accurate.It was beautiful. It was very close to markets and restaurants and easy to find. We enjoyed the windows and layout of this house.

Lovely villa with great outdoor space
We had a great stay in this lovely, well-equipped house. The pool provides a panoramic view down to the sea and there's a beautiful covered area with huge dining table, barbecue and relaxed seating (with good Wi-Fi signal) so you can spend time in and out of the sun while still living outdoors. Claire and Georgios, the owners, also greeted us on arrival with some lovely Cretan dishes and a bottle of wine.
