The room was of excellent proportions, comfortable bed and warm. The only item missing was a fridge. The evening meal in the restaurant was well presented, but not to my taste, a bit too vegetarian particularly the starters. At breakfast time, whilst it was a good meal, the staff had difficulty in keeping up which meant there was often several items awaiting replenishment. A good stay.

Felt hotel did not live up to web page from which I made the booking, Having paid over £500 for our short stay did not expect the hotel to be overrun by coach parties, lots of noisy children. Room lacking bottles of water daily, a fridge, and bare minimum supply of tea coffee and milk each day. The restaurant menu limited and same items every day.As a result we ate out.

The hotel was absolutely spotless! Very well kept. Our two rooms were fab and the accessible room was huge and well laid out with hand rails etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only negative was the gym opening at 9am, I booked this hotel as wanted a gym but 9am is too late. Otherwise it was amazing, perfect for families and will definitely return!

The hotel was clean and tidy. It doesn't have any "wet" spa facilities which was disappointing given it's a hotel and Spa... The food menu was expensive better to eat out in chipping Norton. The room we had was small but did the job.
