This is a horrible property, they are rude and very unfriendly. Rooms are 80 degrees with no want to cool them down other than them telling me to open a window. They windows do not even have screens on them. Televisions do not work. When inquired about them I was met with I don’t know anything about them and there is not anyone here that does. I was than hung up on. They do not refresh the rooms with coffee and toiletries. Went I requested coffee for them next day and asked if they could send some up. I was told that I could come down and get some, she was here by herself and no one to bring it up, again hung up. I walk out of my room and housekeeping was two doors down from my room and they were more than happy to give me coffee and a fresh cup. There was no reason for the lady at the front desk to lie or to be rude. This isn’t a small hotel, 6-8 floors. With likely over 200 guests.

It was convenient for the event I was attending. The lights flickered intermittently, took five minutes to get hot water and in general was a little tired looking. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There either vomit or a bodily fluid dried o. The side of the nightstand. I let the front desk know and it she said it would be cleaned. Came back later that evening and it had not been cleaned. Upon check out I let the front desk attendant know that it had not been cleaned.

We reserved this room through Travelocity and when we arrived we were told they had “oversold” the king bed rooms and all they had for us was a two double bed room. There were no concessions given. We were told we could cancel our reservation and try another hotel. When we got to the room we find hair in the bathtub like it was cleaned poorly, or not at all. Also, no soap in the bathroom.

Virginia was sooo nice and super helpful!! The room was very dated. Furniture very worn. Still fries and other item on floor from whoever stayed there previously. Conditioner was empty to toiletries are not being replaced. We love coming here for our childrens birthday would love if they updated and cleaned.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. The hotel probably needs to be updated but it is well maintained and everything works. Our room was a sort of mini suite with a TV in each room. Nice! Two things could be improved in my opinion. First, I'd like to see some vending machines for snacks and drinks. Secondly, the breakfast needs some better options for lighter dining. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, white bread is what you get. All in all, it was a good stay and I will definitely consider staying again.
