It's 550 kilometres northeast of Canberra, Australia's capital city.

You won't have to be on the road all day to see some nature around these parts. Just 35 kilometres out of Hibbard, Yoorigan National Park is a popular place to fill your lungs with fresh air. Even more tranquil surrounds are waiting for you at Kerewong State Forest, 35 kilometres away.

Grab a coffee and head on over to Wave Bowl. When you're done there, take a look at Hastings River.
