Staff was rude. Had to ask for toilet paper at check-in Breakfast was choice of cereal or bagel. Milk was soured, couldn't be used. Pod for 1 cup of coffee was provided for a 2-night stay

The 1st shift lady is worthless but 2nd shift is g
The 1st shift lady is a totally rude person. She does absolutely nothing for you cant even greet you with a smile upon checking in. When you have traveled all day and need some rest time with a 4 and 6 yr old and your tv wont work her solution is lady will be in at 8pm she will fix then. The lady came up around 7pm but my wife had went online and after putting different codes in got the remote to work. The tv didnt have a power button so we couldnt turn it on to program the remote to it so had to work around that issue. The night shift lady is super sweet and friendly. Breakfast is cereal, bread slices individually wrapped with saran wrap, as well as bagels. Peanut butter is a jar of peanut butter kept in a fridge, had butter and a jar of jelly. No fruit, No juice, No waffle iron just a cereal, toast or bagel.

We arrived and there was no greeting just asked if we had a reservation I said we did and she said she couldn't find it and I told her that I had a reservation I pulled up the reservation number on my phone and she was like really just nasty then when we went to check out this morning I tried to tell her that the bathroom water valve for the toilet was leaking every time you flushed it it would squirt water and she just like she couldn't be bothered if it were up to me and I was part of your organization I would seriously consider dropping this hotel from your list of properties

The night staff was amazing she truly was great.. the morning staff was a nightmare! The front desk lady did not want us there. My husband went outside to smoke and she got very angry with us and when I asked her why she was angry she said no smoking in the room! He didn’t smoke in the room he was smoking outside but she became very frustrated and said only for 1 night ok stay then would get angry again and say no smoking. I really don’t think smoking was the issue I think she had other problems but was taking it out on us! She gave me back my paperwork and told us to leave

Was very rudely asked what room I was in when I went to get coffee at the Continental breakfast and then was watch the whole time I was getting just coffee. Lady at night shift was amazing !!

Terrible Hotel
The ice machine was broken and looked as if it had been for awhile. The manager kept calling me and harassing me about being in my room and where to park my car. I didn’t drive there so I didn’t even have a car to park there.
