This newly renovated rural retreat offers modern comfort with quality inclusions and is set on 100 acres of bushland and paddocks. Nestled amongst the delightful Southern Highlands it is the ideal escape and perfect for larger groups. Flexible checkin/out times available.
The moment you head up the tree lined driveway you feel the tranquility.
Breathtaking views in all directions and with two living areas it is well suited for family gatherings or special occasions.
Come and get a taste of rural life yet only a short drive to the historical towns of Berrima and Bowral. It is close to vineyards and restaurants however a world away from the hustle and bustle.
Enjoy a BBQ on the deck with your own uninterrupted views whilst the kids explore the grassy surrounds or toast some marshmallows in the firepit.
Tastefully renovated and with a homely feel this expansive property features:
A King room with walk in wardrobe and large ensuite bathroom
Two Queen rooms, a further double Queen room and a Sofa Bed in the front living room

Whilst our caretaker Cathy lives in the main farmhouse its well enough away to ensure guest privacy, particularly when at the rear of the property where bushland abounds.

We do our best to accommodate flexible checkin/out times. Late checkout Sundays

A single suitable fully house trained pet may be considered upon request though they must remain strictly out of all paddocks. Before considering whether to bring them please refer to our house rules regarding pets.

Your privacy will be respected during your stay unless of course Cathy is around and you are keen to know more about the farm.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

It was a great property for our family gathering of 8 adults and 4 children. The 4 bedrooms were a good size and the an ensuite and a family bathroom as well as a powder room worked well with our number. Great for little children. We had 2 2 year olds and there was plenty of space for them to run around outside and they loved the chooks and the cat and the dogs as well as the cattle and horses. There were two living areas so we could spread out well. A very comfortable stay.

Wonderful and very comfortable stay
The house was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. The property was beautiful with some farm animals. We had a great time and would love to stay again. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were quite responsive.
