A group of 9 friends rented this house for a long weekend for a Pickleball retreat. It was the perfect house to accommodate all of us and every one of us said we would love to come back. It truly is just a short walk to the beach and pickleball courts and there is a really nice oceanfront restaurant practically right nextdoor to the house. We got to chat with the owner once, too, and he was incredibly helpful. The house was fully stocked right down to the little details that they leave small shampoos and soaps and detergents for you to use. Plenty of towels and really anything you could think you need is there at the house already. Love it. Definitely coming back!

We've been vacationing on HHI every other summer for 40 years renting condos at Seascape on S. Forest Beach. This was the first time we've booked a house as we had extended family (3 generations) joining us this time. The house was incredible! From initial booking to follow up, Gordon's communication was prompt and excellent. We had 7 adults, 3 children plus a toddler. The house included everything we needed...Plenty of rooms/baths, crib, pool and beach toys and carts, grill, bikes, plus many household items to make us feel right at home! The beach is literally just a few minutes walk from the house. The Palmetto Dunes area is absolutely beautiful. Fun times at the pool, on the beach, bike riding, shopping, restaurants, evenings on the screened porch....everything you need for a great vacation! The overhead osprey nest and daily backyard visits from the deer were an added bonus. Thank you Gordon for sharing your home with us! We'll definitely book again for '27 (assuming our family doesn't grow too fast!) lol

Fabulous Hilton Head Location

This property is spacious, well appointed, and super close to the ocean. The short walk and easy beach path access were wonderful. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. There are many amenities and extras included. All of this made for a wonderful experience.

Our stay ended badly bc of Hurricane Helene and its ramifications but, prior to it, all was well. The home is 2 mins from the beach and has a lovely pool. There was every amenity needed for a wonderful family trip.

Perfect Family Retreat

Beautiful home with all the ammenities needed for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids under 5. Excellent location with a very short walk to the beach. Grateful for the beach wagon to haul all the sand toys (provided by host). Lovely community to explore with bikes or walking. Also a short distance from Coligny Beach Park shopping and grocery store less than 5 minutes. Our host was very quick to respond to all questions prior to visit. And also quick to respond when the refrigerator stopped cooling. Luckily there is an additional fridge in the home we could use. Repair service was able to fix fridge and our host compensated us for the inconvience. We would definately stay here again for a future family vacation.
