Breakfast is not $8-10, it is $17 and awful. Hotel was not dirty but run down and ugly with water stains everywhere. Bed was uncomfortable. People who worked there were nice and helpful but would not stay there again.

The rooms were clean and staff friendly/helpful. Not enough parking in the covered garage, so we ended up getting drenched one night coming home from dinner when it was raining heavily. I also wish that breakfast was included with the high prices we paid for this stay.
I am frugal when it comes to hotels. My wife and 12yo both asked 'are you sure this is the right hotel? ' when we entered the room. Location isn't the best but it's interesting. The amount of wildlife we was from the parking lot - alligators and a giant egret nest was amazing BUT it is across the bridge from Hilton Head peoper. Not a concern at all if you're interested in seeing Bluffton and it literally nest to the bridge.
Overall depends on what you're in town for. Beaches, awesome. You just can't bike from the hotel around hilton head. Overall fantastic hotels and strongly recommend
Our stay was amazing! We have stayed in other facilities at Hilton Head Island but none compares to Hilton Garden Inn. We felt at home.The entire staff we encountered were friendly and wonderful. Kudos to the General Manager- Ms Suzana, who made sure that my needs and concerns were appropriately taken care of. My wife and I would definitely stay here again!!!
