First off- it is tiny. Secondly it was filthy when we arrived. Host did refund us $200 but very ill impressed. I did not find the host to be friendly and easy to communicate with. Was not happy with this campus in general and absolutely will never return. Not worth the money at all.

Great updated condo on beach!

Nicely updated condo close to everything on HHI and surrounding area. Short walk over a boardwalk onto the beach. Condo is comfortably furnished. Memory foam mattress, updated bath with frameless shower door and plenty of room in the vanity to put toiletries. Ample dishware and Cuisinart cookware and small appliances. Very clean unit. Well maintained by owner!

The property manager and other representatives were extremely attentive to my requests and quickly responded to any questions I sent to them, both before and during my stay. The property was clean, beautifully furnished, and appeared exactly as the pictures on the website presented. Check-in was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall a nice stay

The condo itself was very nice and clean. The master room and bath are a little tight but livable. It was a little strange to have to move all the large outdoor furniture and beach extras outside to the porch in order to utilize the living room. Definitely was not fun at 3am when we got in. Also the dead bolt chain was broken. No real big deal though because the property felt very safe. The sports bar on location was so yummy and the beach is beautiful.
