Please Note: SeaCrest is undergoing structural building enhancements starting this September and spanning approximately six months until early 2025. Scaffolding will be erected on the outside of the complex and there will be time that work will be noisy and access to individual units and parts of the building will be restricted for short periods of time. Guests that choose to book during this construction will receive a 20% room/tax refund from their booked rate should construction noise disrupt your peaceful enjoyment of our condo. Get the Spaciousness and Functionality of a Two-Bedroom at a One-Bedroom Price. Our one-bedroom deluxe SeaCrest villa is really more like a two bedroom given similar square footage as SeaCrest two-bedroom units, tucked-away bunk beds that do not intrude on the living space and are large enough to accommodate adults, and TWO full bathrooms. 1160 square feet of pure luxury that shows like a model after recent significant renovations.

Located on the 2nd floor, our villa is an end unit, which offers additional square footage as well as more windows. A balcony off the living room offers outdoor seating with “lean-over-the-balcony” partial ocean views along with tropical landscaped shrubs, palm trees and a wondrous side parking area. From the front entrance of the villa, there is a master bedroom on the left decorated in a soothing color scheme. There is a king bed, 42 inch flat screen TV, and two dressers. A closet provides storage for your belongings plus extra bedding. The spacious private master bath provides a large soaking tub, dual-sink vanity and separate tiled shower. The second full bath features marble flooring and offers a shower and vanity.

Guests will feel inspired to whip up a gourmet meal in the newly updated kitchen. Features include quartz counter tops, new oven/stove and refrigerator, and a breakfast bar with 4 counter chairs. Serve a special family dinner in the dining area featuring a wood dining table and six chairs. It will certainly be easy for a large family of 6 to relax in the tastefully decorated living room. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and two comfortable chairs for TV viewing or family gathering. Enjoy the large-screen HDTV and free, fast WI-FI. Our valued guests also receive free use of four beach chairs, umbrella and tote wagon that are located in a separate storage closet.

Seacrest is without question the best condo choice for your Hilton Head Island vacation. It is oceanfront and located directly across a quiet street from Hilton Head's unofficial downtown- Coligny Plaza, which is loaded with unique restaurants, shops, watering holes and fun entertainment. And the world-famous beach-front Tiki Bar with continuous entertainment and several beach volleyball courts is just a short walk away.

Amazing place!!!

This was our second year in a row at Hilton Head. Last year we stayed in a tiny apartment with our family of 5 and while it was do-able, we needed a bit more space. This condo was spacious, beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The whole process from start to finish was effortless and we truly enjoyed our stay. It’s a short walk to the pool and to the beach, right in the heart of Coligny. Everyone we encountered was so kind and welcoming. We cannot wait to book this again for next year.

Seacrest Condo Stay

This was our second trip to Hilton Head and we loved staying in this condo. Check in was a breeze thanks to the luggage carts provided in the parking garage. The condo was so clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of bath and beach towels were provided with lots of hooks in each bathroom. The beds were very comfortable with quality bedding. The storage closet had 4 nice beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon to carry it all down to the beach. Previous beach rentals we have stayed at provided beach chairs but they were falling apart and unusable. We loved the heated pool and enjoyed lunch and drinks at Pool Bar Jim’s. We had bikes delivered from Wheelz and enjoyed riding around. The location is convenient to many shops and restaurants just a short walk from the condo, We look forward to coming back to stay here again.

Nice property in good location. A second property was a last minute swap suggested by the owner because of major ongoing maintenance to the original unit. No mention about the ongoing maintenance at the second unit. Nearly all common areas were closed and access to the unit was limited to thru the parking deck for most of the week. We did enjoy the sun drenched side porch. The entire unit could use a freshening.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years. The condo is nicely decorated and spacious. The location doesn’t get better with Jim’s Pool Bar and Coligny Plaza across the street. The owner of this condo is first class. Already looking forward to our next trip!

A bit underwhelming for the price

We were a bit disappointed with our stay as a whole especially with the amount we paid. When we arrived we noticed stains on the dining chairs and master comforter, food splatters on the cabinets. The bed was also very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The beach chairs were also unusable as they were very rusty and weathered. The pool closed at sunset which was also disappointing as our son loves nighttime swims and the lagoon area was drained and was an eyesore. I had a few questions about the tv in the bedroom having trouble connecting to the WiFi and the owner was not very responsive and never followed up. We were hoping for a better stay.

Love the place & location

The condo is located in a great place. It is literally across an easy street from an outside shopping area. It has lots of shops, a grocery store (Piggly Wiggly), several restaurants and bars. In fact, the condo building has its own bar and small kitchen right on the beach. There are 2 pools, easy access to the beach, parking under the complex. The condo itself is very nice and good size. The bedroom has a TV and the bed is king size. There are bunkbeds just off the dining area. It has 2 bathrooms. FYI, there is also a Keurig.

This condo was awesome! Clean & comfortable, quiet and pleasantly furnished. Location was just right for access to beach, dining, shopping as well as lots of walking & biking paths. Parking was easy & plentiful. Owners were very accommodating when we had a change in our travels plans. Hope to come again!

Beds are horrible. Cheap sheets. The king bed is so worn that there is a hump down the middle and could roll out of the bed on both sides. The bunk bed springs pop constantly and pool out couch is useless unless you want to sleep at foot of the bed. Crumbs of food and toy pieces were under couch. Had two vacuums that barely worked. They suck but , roller does nothing. No dust pan to sweep the sand up off floors so used end of cereal box. The master bath had huge drainage problems and the dirty wAter backs up in shower. No sharp knives to cut with or a cookie sheet to bake on just , broiler pans. No pitcher to make lemonade or tea. The master bath doesn’t have an electrical outlet, so drying hair and styling must be done in the other bathroom. Laundry room closet has a light but , bulbs were going out and flickering. Loved the location.

Very Satisfied

We were happy with our stay at this property. The owner was in communication from the start. I would recommend replacing the outlets throughout the unit because there are only a few that will hold a phone charger without the charger falling out. Not a deal killer but would highly recommend. We enjoyed our time in Hilton Head and will definitely be back.
