Great place located right on the ocean just steps away from the beach. Enjoy the view from our balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Hilton Head's pristine beach. Come see all this beautiful island has to offer. Everthing is within walking distance.
Located oceanfront, Sea Side Villas features covered parking, security gates, two pools, washers and dryers on each floor, a beachfront sundeck, outside shower, outdoor grills, and direct beach access.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by my property manager Michael Ryan (great guy!), who is on call if there should be any problems. In the room you will find fresh linens & towels, hand ,bath and dishwasher soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and beach chairs.
Our Sea Side Villa is perfect for couples looking for affordable ocean view accommodations with a convenient location to all that South Forest Beach and Coligny Plaza have to offer.
You are just steps from sand, surf, and paradise!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.

Great location!

Overall clean and well equipped. Great location and close to restaurants. I would only suggest investing in new pillows and a new comforter for the bed. Had a dorm feel and pillows were not comfortable due to age. The toaster was beyond needing replacing. But, overall I’d give it 4.5 out of 5. I would stay there again and just bring my own pillow.

Location is excellent. Very close to Coligny shops and restaurants, but beach is not as congested as Coligny public beach. Unit is quiet, clean and comfortable and is as described.

A nice 1b/1b condo. Clean and well kept. Excellent shower lol. Nice to have a combination door lock no worrying about losing the key at the beach. Would suggest clearer instructions re which building and navigation of the sort of confusing roads surrounding the buildings

Very close to shopping and dining. You are 50 yards from the ocean which was great. The unit is pretty small, so I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 people. It was noisy a couple of nights during our stay. Overall I liked the location and the apartment a lot.

Great stay in Seaside Villas

The convenience of this unit is really about the proximity to the beach. It's just a short walk across the parking lot and dunes to Coligny Beach. The unit itself is a one-bedroom, but it still feels spacious. Mark keeps it very clean and comfortable. Parking is a bit tight on busy weeks (we were there for 4th of July week) but for the most part it's not an issue. There were issues with internet access, but presumably those were addressed after we reported it upon leaving. Overall, it was definitely a good experience for us and we would definitely return.

We were very dissatisfied with the conditions of the unit when we arrived.

The light was out in the entry hall; the ceiling fans and lights in the living room was not operational and not corrected during our visit; the light over the kitchen sink was dim and not corrected; several vertical blinds were missing, which comprised privacy and the bathroom lavatory was partially clogged. Will never stay at this villa again!

We loved our stay at Mark’s place! The location was perfect & exactly what we were looking for. The condo itself fit our needs & we were able to enjoy coffee on the balcony before rolling our cooler to the beach. We had a great time & we will definitely be back!

Perfect apartment on the ocean

It was convenient to the ocean, shops, and restaurants.There’s a great outdoor deck where you can just sit and relax oceanside if you don’t feel like carrying your things to the beach. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

Cozy Getaway

Very much enjoyed my brief stay! Cozy and comfortable best described this condo and it’s proximity to the beach was great...just a few minutes walk. The complex was close to shopping and restaurants and that was an added plus. Will consider this condo again when I visit HHI!

Very nice Condo

Everything about this property was as advertised. Perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops, etc. We were able to rent bikes nearly across the street. Room very clean and there were beach chairs for use under the bed. Would definitely stay again. We were in Room 187.
