1201 Villamare is a completely renovated 2nd floor villa with breathtaking oceanfront views. With tons of bright natural lighting and a color palette of light blues, tans, and creams, the property is airy and clean feeling, with crisp and tasteful décor. When entering this villa the main living area, kitchen, dining and master bedroom are to your right. The new kitchen has been completely renovated with new stainless appliances. There is a breakfast bar that seats two, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or late night dessert. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen. The dining room has a round dining table that seats 4.

The living room, dining area and both balconies offer magnificent oceanfront views. The balcony off the living room is shared with the master bedroom. There is a table and three chairs to sit with a glass of iced tea and watch the dolphins play. The living room has a sofa and three very comfortable chairs facing a 36” flat screen TV.

The bedrooms have great separation. The King Master bedroom is located on the right side of the dining room and is decorated in light earth tones featuring a flat screen TV and a private bath, ideal for unwinding after a long day playing in the sun. The sliding glass door from this bedroom leads to the balcony shared with the living room and has a striking view of the ocean and the pool below. The second bedroom, with two Queen beds, is located on the opposite side of the living area. This bedroom has its own private balcony and private bath.

The Villamare complex has a large pool, sun deck, an indoor pool, a fitness center, community charcoal grilling area and beautifully landscaped grounds. This villa is truly a one of a kind beach property on Hilton Head Island, with all of the upgrades you would expect in a luxury villa, plus an outstanding view of the beach.

Not as it is described!
It was not at all as described. Not on 1st floor, not newly renovated, not tiled, Not as clean as I would expect for the price we paid. The write up is very misleading :(. The location and views were great. The furniture is very dirty, the carpet is stained, the 2 beds in 2nd bedroom are needing to be replaced. The curtains are dated and ripped. I feel that for the amount I paid for the 5 days it was not up to par. I truly expected a better quality place.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful town. Great location with a pool and beach view. Everything was better than we expected. Very comfortable beds, 2 balconies, lots of seating, and the grounds and community are very attractive. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

Beautiful condo, very clean and well kept. Love the secondary bedroom with 2 beds; couldn't have been more perfect for our family. Only thing I can think of to make it better would maybe be a ceiling fan in the MBR because it did get it a little warm at night. But really thats it. Everything was fantastic, definitely recommend.
