Nice place on HHI

The condo is clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Would rent again. Property manager was very quick to respond to our requests. If you are a first time visitor, be aware that unit does not come with beach chair and the weekly chair rental fee can be quite expensive.

Great weekend getaway

The property was in a great location (beach, restaurants and groceries). The Dune Buggie courtesy shuttle was very convenient as they take you too and from the beach and also can take you to the grocery. The only thing missing were kitchen towels, potholders and there was only one trash bag for the long weekend. Other then that, it was very comfortable!

Really enjoyed our stay. House was easy to check in. Parking was easy. Bedrooms were all a good size with nice beds. Living room was very comfortable to sit and visit at the end of the day. Close to the beach. Home owners had beach chairs for us to use which was unexpected and great.

Great house and location with terrible parking

The house itself has plenty of space and had everything we needed for the few days my friends and I were there. But parking was absolutely terrible. On more than one occasion we were unable to park near our building so we actually had to walk about 5 minutes to the unit. Not insurmountable but not exactly convenient either. Overall, would still recommend for a family or group of friends coming to visit HHI.

Great location and beautiful house! All the amenities and plenty of room for a family. Loved having the pool so close and a short walk/bike ride to the beach.

Would actually consider renting this property IF it was through the owners. It's through a rental agency that is UNABLE to be reached. I screen shot my wait time on my phone. Hung up after 4 hour wait. We had a Leak in the Ceiling above the Couch in the living room and they were Unresponsive. ZERO help. We will NEVER rent a property managed by this company again. The property had an odd SMELL. Water Leak? Patio furniture was dirty. Bikes rusted out and broken. Outside DATED and unkempt. Inside Updated and very pleasant. Upstairs Air was WEAK, one room never cooled off. Again, Couldn't get any assistance from Rental Company.

Gorgeous Renovated Beach House

It was just the two of us in a pretty large property but the layout with the master downstairs and extra rooms upstairs makes it great for a couple or family. The master bed was so comfortable, we slept great. The master has a remote controlled ceiling fan/ light. House was well stocked including kitchen gadgets (kurig or traditional coffee maker), beach supplies, paper products and board games. There was a welcome basket with dish and laundry soap, sponge, dish soap etc. & a little thank you gift. Extremely relaxing. I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
