Property can sleep up to 20 comfortably depending on sleeping arrangements. The home is located in a gated community and is a easy walk to the beach on pathways and sidewalks. The beach also has a parking lot if you prefer to drive. The home is 4 stories and offers an elevator. The pool is on the ground level, it is heated and screened in to allow enjoyable bug free times. The main floor of the house offers a large great room for family and friends to gather. The dining room table seats 10 and their is additional seating at the island. The main level also includes a bedroom and full bathroom. The third level includes the master bedroom with a spacious walk in shower and two additional bedrooms with queen beds. Their is also a laundry room. The fourth level includes a bedroom with two queen beds as well as two bunk beds each having a full and two twins. We offer a crib and high chair for infants.

This place was wonderful! The house accommodated a large family vacation! Enough room to accomodate parents and adult children. Michael is an exceptional host. He was very easy to communicate with and problem solve with us! He even went above by ordering a ramp for our family member who was in a wheelchair to be able to join us at the pool and near the BBQ!! Much appreciated! The house was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Beach vacation

Great property. Plenty of space for 10 adults. Well-equipped, everything we needed for a full week. Pool, fire pit, and grill were nice to have. The beach gear (umbrellas, towels, chairs, coolers, wagons) was a nice bonus. Michael was a great host.

Fantastic Family Fun

Perfect sport for our 3 generation family reunion with 9 grandkids ages 18-2. Extremely well equipped kitchen, tons of extra towels, blankets, pillows and toys. Thank you tons for an excellent stay!

Peace by the beach

From the moment we walked into the home, it felt very much like home. It was roomy, spacious, clean, and the owner was really on point with communication. The pool was warm and the hot tub was a plus. We used the fire pit a lot. We loved every part of what the amenities had to offer. The living and dining space and kitchen were an open floor concept and it worked great for when we all wanted to hang out. All the beds were super comfortable. The games on the fourth floor was a bonus. The place itself was super clean and designed for peace and relaxation. All the thoughtful decorations were on point as well. The walk to the beach isn’t far at all. It’s pretty much a straight shot once you get out of the gated community. About a 9 minute walk, but if you’re biking you can get there within 4-5 minutes. The house also has an elevator which was awesome for my elderly mom to navigate up and down the levels. It also made it easier for taking our luggage up and down too. It was fully stocked in the kitchen and the owner made sure you didnt just get a starter pack which is also a plus. This house is amazing and we would definitely stay here again when we come to visit Hilton head. Thank you for letting us stay in your home for our vacation. We really loved it.

This is a very well maintained home in a development close to the beach. The owner, Michael, makes sure the house is well stocked with everything you need besides food. Charcoal, campfire wood, spices and more than enough dishes for a large group. He even called us the day of check in and offered us the home earlier than check in.

Beautiful home. Owner was responsive and extremely helpful and easy to work with. Never stayed in such a well stocked house. The house had everything including charcoal for the grill and wood for the fire pit. The pool and hot tub were great and the elevator came in very handy for my elderly mother. This house worked perfectly for our family of 4 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 5 mo to 12years old. The elevator was an absolute life saver for transporting luggage to the 3rd and 2nd floors and groceries to the 2nd level. The kids had a great time playing up in the bunk room. We had a great time.

Bride Tribe Bachelorette!

Our group celebrated a bachelorette weekend in Hilton Head, SC and had an amazing time at this beach house! It was spacious, clean, had all the amenities, and just a short walk to the beach. Michael was so easy to communicate with leading up to the stay and answered any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Great Location, Great House Layout

Great together time

Staying at this property was a good match for our traveling group of 5 households that meet once a year. We appreciated the 10 min walk to Folly Field Beach along the paved path. We used the house's beach chairs, umbrellas, & wagons. The house configuration & elevator was great for together time. Having the pool on the garage level was a great activity when coming back from the beach or on a rainy day. We used the grill and liked the great big kitchen table for all to sit around.

A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities

Great property! I enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and loved that there were pool noodles and toys available. Beach chairs and wagons are accessible in the garage, along with firewood for the outdoor fire pit. The beach is a short walk from the neighborhood entrance (0.5 mile) along a paved bike path, and parking spots are available for a fee. The elevator was great for the grandparents to use. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets available. The kitchen was well-equipped with amenities like a crockpot, waffle maker, blender, and more. I do not recall seeing the EV charger photographed but there was an 120V outlet in garage. Kroger (grocery stores) and other restaurants are nearby by car. We had no issues during our stay and only contacted the host prior to arrival. The host was very helpful and prompt in replying.

Excellent!

My extended family of 11 people stayed over Christmas. The house provided kitchen/dining seating for all of us (which is hard to find sometimes). Enough bathrooms for our large group to spread out and the house was well stocked. We enjoyed having the heated pool and fire pit. Michael is a wonderful host. We've rented many HH homes and this one by far has been the best. We would come back to this property without question.

Wonderful property

We really loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and we had all the linens, towels and kitchen accessories we needed. The different levels of the house are great. You could be on the top floor playng videos games, resting on the bedrooms level, socializing in the kitchen/living area level or downstairs in the pool or by the fire pit. Elevator is a great amenity as well. Highly recommended!
