Very dirty Carpets in the rooms are stinking Mouldy shower heads The tables were dirty in restaurant and it smells of chip fat. They charge £15 a curry which has come straight out of a microwave on to your table within minutes. We booked here to visit peppa pig world but wouldn’t book again. Room also smells like bad drains

Room for Improvement
Room was good, check in a little slower than ideal. Some areas of the hotel are in need of repair, cleanliness generally ok but lacking attention to detail in some areas. Breakfast was ok, suggest finding a solution to having plates warm as hot items get cold very quickly. Appreciate it was half term, but kids woke me up, screaming and running up and down the corridor in the early morning so did not sleep very well during my stay.

Hotel stay was ok for the night before our cruise but the whole room felt quite dated and stuffy. Bar tender was quite rude, not interested in providing great service, rather swearing and chatting with friends.
