Great apartment but noise is an issue
The property is in a great location and is a great size and in very good decorative order and the host communicates very well. We booked the top floor in the belief that it would be quiet from other residents however because of the concrete floors you can hear chairs being moved almost constantly. Furthermore, the road noise was intolerable for us especially at night. There is clearly an issue in Japan with motorbikes as these seem to parade along the streets in the central city at all hours with no consideration for residents. Had I seen consistent comments on review sites about the noise I would never have booked this and put myself through it. This is a shame as otherwise it is a good place to stay but not for us:-((

Favorite place I've stayed in Japan during my trip. Room was very large and had more than enough space for the 3 people in our group. Was super clean and the bathroom was very spacious. It was also very nice to be able to wash all my laundry after a week of traveling. Messaged the host and they were super friendly and responded fast. Will definitely plan to stay here again the next time I'm traveling to Hiroshima.

Excellent apartment! We enjoyed our stay here which was very convenient from the station to walk aswell! The only thing is that the room needs carpet. We could hear footsteps above us and was quite loud…but didn’t bother us too much but some carpet around the apartment would be nice.

I wish I could stay my whole time in Japan right here. Communication with the owner was excellent from the time of booking. Access codes were provided on the morning of check in. The apartment itself is very spacious by Japanese standards and easily accommodated our family of 4, all adults. The kitchenette is well equipped, including toaster , kettle, microwave, hotplate and a selection of tea and coffee. There are slippers and dressing gowns provided. There is a washing machine but no dryer. The bathroom facilities are excellent with a spacious wet room bath and shower and plenty of heat and pressure. After cramming into tiny rooms in Tokyo it was an absolute relief to arrive here. Location is about half way between Hiroshima station and the Peace Park. The tram line is fairly close although we mainly walked around the middle of town. There’s a family mart close by and a 7-11 not far away. There’s also the Fuji Grand shopping centre less than 10 minutes walk away. It’s a studio apartment so all the accommodation and kitchen are in one space but if this is ok for you then it will comfortably handle 6 people across 2 beds (probably queen size) and a sofa lounge. The style of the room is much like the photos - really nice and calming.

Bhotel was amazing! The unit we had was massive compared to typical units in Japan. It had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfy! The hotel was near main shopping areas and had great restaurants nearby. I would recommend this place to everyone! Best hotel we've stayed in Japan!
