The property is well situated and nice. However, it is tired and needs an upgrade. There is a large construction next door, but it really did not affect us. As for the VIP benefits, the room upgrade was not great (we have had better before) and they offered a free drink at a single bar that is on the ground floor, you cant use the rooftop. Good hotel if you get a good price.

We stayed in a premier room and it was my favorite room we stayed in during our whole trip. The bathroom was large and beautiful and the room was very spacious. We also had lounge access for breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail hour and late night refreshments. The food and drink options were fantastic and the view from the lounge was top notch.

Fantastic hotel directly attached to Hiroshima station with plenty of food and shopping both in the hotel itself as well as in the station. Convenient location to trams as well as buses including airport limousine buses. Will definitely stay here again next time in Hiroshima

Throwback to what hotels used to be. Larger rooms. The staff talk to you. The hotel has a wonderful elegance. Tetrapak water was a nice touch.

It is located at the train station. So if you are traveling with lugagge as we did it is very convenient. Breakfast is good. Rooms are big for Japan standards. Bathroom is big too. Nice place to be. There are dining options at the station.

The room was very small and cramped. Bed was pushed against a wall which made it difficult for 2 people to sleep . Bed was small and uncomfortable.

Loved that this hotel was attached to the train station, it’s so convenient. We had a room with lounge access which was also an unexpected perk, we loved the breakfast and free drinks from 5–9pm and free snacks - really recommend!
