Pros: Hotel location is brilliant as you can quickly access the train station for quick travel in/around the city. Its about a 30 minute walk from the Peace Memorial. Staff are very friendly and helpful to assist. Hotel/room was always clean. Cons: Hotel and rooms are a bit dated now and is showing its age. The rooms could do with a refurb. The pillows are uncomfortable (one is rock hard like a brick and the other is flat like a pancake). The buffet breakfast we found most of the hot things were cold on both days we stayed and the western selection could be better. Perhaps an omelette station could improve it? I've got to say the fresh cut steak was great though. Overall it was an ideal location for a base but with a few improvements could be a lot better!

Right at the train station and i never heard a sound from the room. Taxis available, train station connected. Concierge very welcoming, knowledgeable and understanding. Excellent hotel. Definitely would stay again.

Convenient hotel with great service.
Lovely hotel in excellent position immediately adjoining station. Very quiet despite bustle of station. Excellent restaurant with good breakfast choices. Impeccable service. Room on small side.

The Granvia Hotel is conveniently located at the Hiroshima Station. The breakfasts were the best we have had in Japan. Even the welcome beverage included tasty appetizers. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location attached to Hiroshima station. The rooms are clean and comfortable but definitely on the older side. Service was good and they took our bags to be stored when we arrived earlier than check in time.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful city. The hotel is located next to the station, so getting anywhere is easy. The staff was excellent, and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend the Hotel Granvia in Hiroshima for anyone traveling here.

A perfect end to our 2-week road trip to Kyushu
Great view from our room and from the 21st floor breakfast venue. The staff went above and beyond their duties to help us and were gracious in every way. The late breakfast (until 10) and checkout time (noon) were a very welcome change from all the other places we stayed, and the plentiful supply of comfortable pillows made our last night's sleep much better.

We stay here every time we come to Hiroshima. The location is amazing and the hotel is really nice. Super easy check-in and check-out too. I love that there's an entrance from within the station. There's also a nice coin laundry really close by too which is convenient.
