We chose this accommodation because it was advertised as pet-friendly. However, the website offers no option to indicate that you are traveling with a pet. Upon arrival, the owner approached us without greeting and irritably asked if the dog was ours. Their reaction was rude and frustrated, claiming we should have informed them beforehand. Despite the website lacking this option, they walked away angrily, shouting that it would cost an additional $50, which was charged to our account the next day without further discussion. With their clear staffing shortage, we felt this situation was handled poorly and unfairly.
